The IISER Pune campus has around 3 primary buildings which includes ‘Lecture Hall Complex’, ‘Academic Building’, and ‘Laboratory Complex’. The fully residential campus of the IISER Pune at the Panchvati Hills is developed on around 98 acres of land. With the serene environment, students get advanced facilities like digital classrooms, laboratories, auditoriums, hostels, and so on.

Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Pune campus has a ‘Lecture Hall Complex’ which comprises a number of air-conditioned classrooms & lecture halls with e-learning facilities like LCD projectors, clicker voting facility, and others.

An auditorium named ‘C.V. Raman Auditorium’ is present at the IISER Pune campus with amphitheatre-style seating arrangement, air-conditioning, and audio-visual facilities. These amenities at the auditorium are used to host several programs like convocation, cultural events, and other activities.

Seminar halls including ‘Kernel’ and others with adequate IT infrastructure are available inside the Institution premises. Conference rooms, multipurpose halls, meeting rooms, discussion rooms, and other such places have been established at the Institute. All these rooms have AC, adequate seating arrangement, and multimedia facilities to organise group discussions, sessions, and other activities throughout the year.

Other modern and advanced facilities for the students at the Institution include guest house & convention centre, day care centre, animal house, shopping facility, stationery & photocopy amenities, and many others.

Following amenities can be used by the students to get excellent IISER Pune campus life experience:

• Library: ‘Srinivasa Ramanujan Library’ of the Autonomous Institution houses a rich collection of resources including around 30,000 books, 50 print journals / magazines, 1000+ thesis, and multiple others. The library provides access to online resources including about 6000 e-books, 4000 e-journals, etc. Students also get the facility to access e-resources off-campus through the ‘Remote Access Portal’. Adequate seating within the library for the students to sit and study is available.
• Laboratories: The IT infrastructure of the Institute includes ‘PARAM Brahma National Supercomputing Facility’ and multiple Computer Laboratories for the students with advanced PCs. Apart from this, the campus has established multiple departmental laboratories to assist students in gaining hands-on learning experience in their respective courses. It includes Advanced Inorganic Chemistry Laboratory, Physical Research Laboratory, Sedimentology & Paleontology Lab, and others.
• Sports: IISER Pune campus houses excellent infrastructure for conducting both indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Basketball Courts, Football Field, Cricket Ground, and Tennis Court are some of the outdoor games facilities available for the students at the Institute.
  Beside this, the campus has an Indoor Sports Complex with Badminton Courts, Indoor Basketball Courts, Table Tennis, and other amenities.
• Hostel: Inside the campus, around 3 IISER Pune Hostel buildings are present to accommodate male & female students. Ventilated hostel rooms are allotted to the students with adequate furniture like study table, bed, etc. A central dining facility to offer quality meals, common rooms, internet access, washing machines, sports, medical, and other amenities are offered to the students at the Institute’s hostels.
• Eateries: At the ‘Dining Hall Complex’, students get a variety of meals including fast food. Also, across the campus, several eateries are available which offer coffee and delicious snacks to the students. ‘MDP – Night Canteen’ and ‘Café Coffee Day (CCD)’ outlets are also present at the Institute.
• Medical Facilities: Within the IISER Pune campus, a ‘Wellness Clinic’ with Pharmacy is available to offer medical services to the students. Also, at about 70 spots of the campus, first aid boxes are present to treat minor injuries, cuts, etc.
  Beside this, referral to tie-up local hospitals, psychological counselling services, and around the clock ambulance facilities are offered to the students.
• Gymnasium: Within the ‘Indoor Sports Complex’, a gymnasium is present with advanced fitness equipment. Also, a trainer is available to guide students.
• Banking: To cater to the financial needs of the students, an ATM of ‘State Bank of India’ has been installed within the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Pune campus.

To help students in up-skilling their skills and talents, the Institute has established a wide range of clubs for the students. Along with this, at the campus, committees are available to ensure that no student is facing any issues during their academic journey.
