The IISER Pune Placement drives are conducted with a transparent method so as to facilitate students with just, fair, and equal job opportunities. The step-by-step IISER Pune placement process is mentioned below:
Step 1: Registration of Recruiters
In the first step, recruiters are invited for placement drives by CDPC, after which the interested firms fill up the Job Announcement Form (JAF) to provide students with job description, roles, etc. The resumes of interested students are shared with the recruiters.
Step 2: Screening and Shortlisting Students
In the next step, recruiters are requested to complete the placement process including tests, assessments, etc. within 7 days. Prior to that, the firms conduct pre-placement talks. The result of campus drive is communicated to the cell within a span of 3 days.
Step 3: Final Interviews
Furthermore, the recruiters conduct interviews to ensure eligible candidates align with the goals & principles of the firm.
Step 4: Pre-Placement Offer
Lastly, hiring firms release the final shortlist to the cell and the results are announced to the selected students. The companies are required to facilitate the students with offer letters as soon as the offer is accepted.
