ITM Vocational University Faculty Profile, Vadodara

The faculty was not that experienced for sure as most of them were in mid-30s and had some 4-5 years of experience in teaching. However, along with teaching our professors did had some industrial experience and this way they had both the experiences that actually helped us as a student. The faculty members guided us well as how to move forward. The faculty was so young that if they came in casuals it was difficult to figure out whether they are teachers or students. The University hired MBA students who may have just started their job but had 0 experience in teaching. All the experience that they had was of 2-3 years of teaching at ITM. Being MBA students they knew the entire syllabus but explaining them to the students is another thing. Like they say that the best players have not made it to the top coaches even the best MBA students hired by them are definitely not the best teachers and this is where the University scores a big zero.Read Full Review
