St. Joseph's College hostels have their canteen where they may get wholesome, clean food. The upkeep of the canteen is done collaboratively. The hostel includes four huge halls, one of which is a prayer hall. The hostel can only accommodate 118 students at a time.

Single and double rooms are available in St. Joseph's College Hostel. St. Joseph's College Hostel rooms have a bed, a cupboard, a study table, and a study chair. St. Joseph’s College Hostel food is of acceptable taste and quality. For beneficial activities like indoor games, conversations, and amusement inside the hostel, there are large common spaces available.

An election procedure is used to choose the Students' Council's secretaries from among the hosts. Several committees, including those for cultural, sports, mess, maintenance, and prayer hall activities, have been established to give inmates the opportunity for overall personality development while they are staying at the hostel. These committees are responsible for planning all of the hostel's events.
