

The Mount Carmel College (MCC) was established in 1944 at Thrissur, Kerala under the aegis of the Carmelite Sisters of St. Teresa (CSST). Later in 1948, it was relocated to Bangalore, Karnataka. The Autonomous College is affiliated with the Bengaluru City University (BCU), Bengaluru.

Admission Process
In order to get admission at the Mount Carmel College Bangalore, eligible students are required to apply online at the College’s official website. The coordinators of the respective programs will verify the submitted forms and publish a merit list.
The Mount Carmel College admission seats will be granted solely based on merit in academics, Personal Interview (PI), and scores in the requisite entrance tests, as applicable to the respective program. The shortlisted candidates will receive a call & email from the admin office post which they have to submit the requisite course fee before the deadline.
* Students who wish to apply for admission in more than 1 program have to submit a separate application for the same.

Reservation Criteria
50% admission seats at the MCC Bangalore are reserved for the Roman Catholic (RC) students. The remaining seats will be filled as per the category-wise regulations stated by the Government.
