Mount Carmel College (MCC), Bangalore has state-of-the-art infrastructure and advanced facilities to provide students a conducive learning environment. The College has approximately 8 academic blocks such as ‘Mother Teresa of St. Rose of Lima Block’, ‘Home Science Block’, and others.
The MCC Bangalore is developed on an area of approximately 9.23 acres and has an adjoining area of 0.28 acres as well. ICT- enabled classrooms, Wi-Fi services, laboratories, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, auditorium, gymnasium, and many more amenities available for the students at the Mount Carmel College campus.
The College has various academic and non-academic facilities to ensure overall development of the students. There are 120+ classrooms present within the premises, which covers the area of around 96,519 square feet and are ICT-enabled. Moreover, they are equipped with around 750 CCTV cameras, projectors, whiteboards, and have a seating capacity of over 8696 students (in total).
Additionally, the campus has more than 4 auditoriums from which ‘Golden Jubilee Conference and Cultural Centre’ and ‘Golden Jubilee Auditorium’ have a seating capacity of over 250 students (each). Moreover, ‘State of the Art Diamond Jubilee Auditorium’, ‘Diamond Jubilee Basement Auditorium’ and ‘PG Centre Auditorium’ have a capacity of around 1500, 1000, and 200 students, respectively.
Furthermore, within the Mount Carmel College campus, an open-air amphitheatre with a built-up area of approximately 7744 square feet, about 5 board rooms, and a number of seminar halls with all the required digital equipment & facilities are present.

- Library: The central library of the College is known as ‘Information & Knowledge Centre’ which has a seating capacity of about 8000 students. Moreover, it contains more than 1,00,000 books, periodicals, and journals.
In addition, there is an E-Resource Centre with 40+ computer systems which provides access to approximately 6000 e-journals, 1,99,500+ e-books, and so on. Furthermore, amenities including Wi-Fi, scanner and reader (for visual aid), locker, reprography, RFID technology, and many more are available at the College premises.Apart from the central library, several other libraries are present such as PG, MCA, and others.
- Laboratories: The campus has a centralised computer lab which has several updated PCs to offer computing facilities to the students. Moreover, the College has around 80+ departmental labs with adequate equipment such as Language lab, Python Programming lab, AI and Analytical lab, etc.
- Sports: Mount Carmel College campus has state-of-the-art infrastructure including a sports stadium with a pavilion and a Cinder Athletic Track. In addition to this, facilities for outdoor games include Volleyball / Throw ball Courts, around 2 Basketball Courts, Football Ground, etc. Moreover, for indoor sports, there is a Billiards room of around 413 square feet area.
- Hostel: The College campus has 1 hostel namely, ‘Mother Mary Memorial Hostel’. Additionally, the College recommends various other off-campus hostels for the students to conveniently reside. Furthermore, the on-campus Mount Carmel College Hostel includes facilities such as a mess, 24/7 security by dedicated wardens, spacious rooms, etc.
