* For the BBA program, students who have not passed English in the qualifying examination shall be eligible provisionally in 1st semester. But, they have to qualify the subject from a recognised Body in 2 consecutive chances and failing in this will cancel the admission of the students.

Admission Process
The Sri Guru Gobind Singh College Chandigarh admission is conducted online via its official website. Also, seats in the College are allotted to the students based on their marks in the qualifying examination and Panjab University Common Entrance Test (PUCET), respective to the programs.
Reservation Criteria
The College has reserved seats for both UT Pool and General Pool students on the basis of their categories. The UT Pool students are those who have completed lower qualifying examinations as regular students from Schools & Colleges in Union Territory (UT), Chandigarh. Whereas, the General Pool students are those who have studied the lower qualifying examination from outside UT, Chandigarh.
