The faculty of St. Xavier's College is highly experienced. Many of them hold PhD degrees and some even have experience with publishing. Each professor has their own way of teaching- some prefer blackboard, some prefer pots while teach us through group discussions. The faculty is highly approachable; doubts are entertained beyond class hours as well. Some of the teachers in St. Xavier's College are really good while some they aren't well aware about the subject. The syllabus covered by them is huge but the practice done in class is very different from the sums that come in examinations. The teachers teach from ppts. Few of the faculty members are ex students of Xavier's college. The classes are held regularly and the teacher student ratio is really good. The teachers aren't really that approachable as a strict discipline code is followed in this college. The teachers use blackboards and projectors to teach the students.Read Full Review

The faculty members are somewhat average. I would rate their way of teaching as good but yes it could get better. they try their level best to make the students understand the concept. But somewhere it lacks a little because of which I am rating the faculties average. Basically every modern method is adopted by the teachers be it blackboards, ppts or group discussions so that students understand the concepts properly. Generally if a student has doubt and wants to approach the teacher they are readily available and you all just have to inform them basically a day before so that they allot a time where they could take your doubts and explain you properly.Read Full Review
