Yes, Institute does offer residential facilities. There are total 10 boys’ hostels and 4 girls’ hostel available in the Institute. During the first two years, students get triple sharing room. From third year onwards, if a student has good CGPA (above 8 students), she / he can live in single seater rooms. However, in final everyone gets single occupancy rooms. Mess food is okay & quality is good enough to eat. Hygiene is being maintained in the mess. Hostel fee is Rs. 9000/- for one year. There is certain timing to report at the hostel. For boys, it is 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM and for girls, it is from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. My personal experience is good.Read Full Review

Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology is a residential campus. It has hostels for boys and four hostels for girls. The hostel can accommodate about 3400 students which include about 1000 girl’s students. The hostel provides indoor games facilities, Wi-Fi (limited), newspaper/magazines, and cable t.v. facilities. Hostel facility are provided to the students subject to availability and preference. The facilities are provided to the ones who live far away from their hometown. All the hostellers have to maintain discipline and will be abide by the rules framed by office dean from time to time.Read Full Review

There are 13 hostels in this institute. 10 are for boys and remaining 3 for girls. Out of these 10 hostels, one is for PhD, M.Sc, and M.Tech students having single seater rooms. Each hostel has its own mess and food of that mess is nice and eatable. For first year students, they will provide 3 seater rooms.Read Full Review
