Overall I would say this college is good. You may think the campus is in a remote location but many top colleges with huge areas are also in such locations. If you are getting it you can take it. But remember on-campus placement is not as high as IITs and good NITs have. You have to work a lot to get a high salary in tech jobs(not sure about non-tech jobs). My overall experience of my college is quite good. It has very good campus which makes feel good. College has all the facilities from digitalized classroom, library to food and roaming areas inside the college campus. Professors are good enough in making concepts clear and at last college also provides a decent placement opportunity.Read Full Review

Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology is really a good college, the first thing I noticed after entering it was its large 150+ acres campus. Literally, like a national forest that has very large containing lakes, gardens etc. Then we come to the buildings which are too magnificent. It has departments such as Computer Science, Electrical and Instrumentation, Electronics, and Food and Chemical. The reason why I chose this institute was that it was among the top listed Government-Funded Technical institution. The faculty is very experienced. There are many technical and non-technical clubs here in which we can keep your selves indulged. a specific sports complex with a student activity centre, a separate marathon ground, and a large cricket ground with a pitch too.Read Full Review
