• Rs. 1000/- will be fined by the authorities as the processing charges if the students withdraw their admission before the starting of the academic year and the balance will be refunded.
• If students exit the hostel after the commencement of the academic year / classes / reporting, at least 3 months charges will be minus or pro-rata basis (except security deposit).

• Any act of ragging such as tormenting, embarrassing, harassing, etc. are considered a crime and students found doing this will be punished.
• Gambling, drinking, smoking, and other incoherent activities are prohibited inside the hostel.
• It is necessary to maintain the clean and hygienic surroundings at the hostels including corridors, rooms, and other areas.
• Intentionally damaging the furniture or any item of the hostel will not be tolerated by the authorities.
• Usage of electrical appliances like induction, kettle, iron, etc. are not allowed inside the hostel rooms.
