Dumka Engineering College Dumka Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

As it was established in 2014, the infrastructure of Dumka Engineering College is very good, so there is no need to worry about this thing. There is a separate building for every branch where classes are held. There is also a seminar hall for gathering things. There are labs related to all the branches, and there is a workshop as well where practical classes are taken.

Overall campus life is very good and the students are also very friendly in nature. There is a sports day once a year in which we all participate and play. There are many games in this event like cricket, football, badminton, chess, carom, etc, so the mind also develops along with games. This day everyone has a lot of fun. My College has a decent infrastructure. Classrooms are simple but spacious, and labs like Mechanical, CAD and Workshop labs are available for practical work. Library has enough books for students. Wi-Fi is limited but sometimes helpful. Campus is clean and peaceful, with grounds for sports like Cricket and Football. Overall, I feel the infrastructure is good for studying and learning, but some labs and facilities can be improved.

My College campus is big and peaceful. It is clean and green, which helps in studying. College organizes annual fest and sports events like Cricket, Football, and indoor games. These events are fun and help students interact with each other. Hostel and mess are inside campus, so everything is convenient. Overall, I like the campus environment, it is calm and good for focusing on studies, but food and event arrangements can be better. In winter season, annual sports day is held.Read Full Review

The campus has 4 academics blocks such as Admit block, Mechanical building, Civil building, and Electronics & IT Building. The campus has cafeteria, canteen, digital library, etc. The College also has medical facilities, practical labs which is equipped with machines, auditorium, etc. The computer lab is available as well which can accommodate a good amount of students. According to me the campus is very peaceful.

There are various clubs such as Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) club, Management club, etc. The DEC Dumka organises various types of events such as sports event, etc. It also conduct fests called “Fanatics” and “Techurious” every year. The College conducts Robo rush, fashion show & Sangeet show. I am thankull to my juniors and seniors who make my college life memorable.Read Full Review
