Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology campus is developed across a land area of about 8 acres and is surrounded with lush green environment. The campus also has facilities such as ramps, etc. to promote inclusivity for disabled individuals.
The Institute has several educational and non-academic facilities including spacious classrooms, laboratories, library, sports arenas, medical facilities, cafeteria, and many others to assist students experience a convenient academic journey.

- Laboratories: Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology campus has a computer centre which has a seating capacity of about 60 students. In addition to this, there are several computer laboratories in the premises which aid students to complete their technical tasks and assessments.
