St. Xavier's College Jaipur Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

College infrastructure is as beautiful and well maintained as one can imagine. It has well-equipped classrooms, an Arrupe library that has been awarded, big sport grounds and a good-looking girls hostel. The campus is quite big and is located near Nevta Dam, Nevta, Jaipur. It has big classrooms that could atleast contain 100 students at once. It has a library, which is of two floors and all sorts of fiction, and educational books are available in it. It also has different labs for example psychology labs, computer labs, biology labs etc. Conference hall, auditorium with big capacity and many blocks are also there. College canteen has a variety of food with affordable prices along with a medical room to help students. There are atleast 50 to 70 buses ready to assist students with high security and cameras installed everywhere. My personal favorite part about the infrastructure is the entrance/front portico that gives it a royal look. The best thing about the infrastructure for me is the library that helps me regarding my course and provides computers so that I can practice on it.

My overall college experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. It has been just like what I expected before taking the admission. Study life has been smooth thanks to the teachers and faculties. Many new friendships and relations with people has been formed that feels like a lifetime. There are many clubs in college for example Dance club, Music club, Photography club, Arts club and many more. I also have been a part of clubs during the college fests. There are many engagement activities conducted by college such as ethnic day, scribbling day, engagement day with seniors and many more. Every single department gets their department fest annually and a combine fest of all departments that lies atleast 3 days and is called ZEST. The campus is built with lots of greenery and sustainability goals. There is one building only. It has a conference hall, an auditorium, lifts, and classrooms with projectors and blackboards. The classroom can hold 60 students. We have computer labs, medical room, and indoor sports room also. Sports ground in provided along with an Obstacle course ground for NCC. Around the building, there are gardens with benches allowing students to sit there during breaks. There is a canteen and Library too. Transport is provided by the college and there are parking lots available inside the college for personal vehicles. The campus is located in Nevta, near Nevta Dam so there is not much locality or shops nearby. The college starts in the morning and ends by 3pm usually.

The campus life at SXC Jaipur is great. It is a ragging- free campus, ensuring friendly environments. The college has various clubs like dance, music, theatre, fashion. Academic clubs like UBA, E-cell etc. When the new session starts, for the beginning, each department has its own fest. Open mics keep happening. The college hosts a fresher’s party in the campus itself. At the end of every year Zest, the annual fest of the college happens. The whole council and workforce are elected and work together like a family. It is a really good experience. The college crowd is mixed but they are quite sensible people. The college campus has huge buildings with different blocks and floors for different departments. It is surrounded with greenery and big grounds for football & cricket. Basketball court is also present. The basic facilities such as library, labs, and lounges are available with other amenities such as open gym, indoor games area, and a cafeteria.

The campus life is overall very great, engaging, and attractive in many ways. Talking about the crowd, the students here are very competitive in nature. Student council of the college is a dignitary body and every year elections are held for the posts such as president, vice- presidents, general secretaries & joint secretaries. St. Xavier's College, Jaipur is known for creating best events, The biggest fest of the college is called ‘ZEST’. Zest is the most hyped annual fest as it includes concerts of great singers. It also has events like dance & singing battles, open mics, etc. Along with ‘Zest’ there are other departmental fests also such as ‘Synergy’, ‘Inyouth’, EXV, and more. The college has numerous clubs.
