AIMS Institutes Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules, Bangalore

There are approximately 4 AIMS Institutes hostels, out of which 2 are for male students & other 2 are occupied by female students. The hostels of the Institute contain numerous 1, 2, 3, and 4 seater rooms which have necessary facilities such as beds, chairs, study desks, almirah, etc. to ensure that students have an excellent living experience.                                   

On an annual basis, the Acharya Institute of Management and Sciences hostel fees are between Rs. 1,42,300/- to Rs. 1,61,200/- (including room rent and food charges).

Prescribed accommodation fee is to be paid by students who wish to stay at the residences offered by the Institute; it varies in accordance with the room occupancy.

Residents need to abide by below-mentioned AIMS Institutes hostel rules and regulations:

• Rooms in the Institute’s hostels are allotted by the respective authorities. If students want to charge their assigned room, they should submit a written request to the warden within a week of allotment.
• Ragging is an intolerable offence & students who are found supporting or practicing this act will directly be expelled from the residences.
• During their time at the accommodation complexes, residents should refrain themselves from consuming or possessing alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, and other intoxicating substances.
• Written application that is authorised by Program Head and Registrar & proof of approval from parents or guardian needs to be submitted to the wardens by hostellers in case students want to leave the Institute’s hostels for an overnight stay or more.
• Boarders are expected to follow prescribed timings for leaving and returning to the hostel rooms & provide necessary details in the movement register about the same.
• Organising large-scale events like birthday parties, meetings, and others without prior permission of the warden is restricted.
• Students are prohibited from keeping or using electrical appliances such as TV, iron, induction stoves, e-kettles, microwaves, and others inside the hostel rooms.
• Strict actions will be taken against inmates who damage or harm any of the hostel property or fittings intentionally.
• Before leaving hostel rooms, students are advised to turn off electrical switches such as fans, lights, etc.
