I chose to join Rajagiri College of Social Science because it is the second-best social work college in India and the best in the state. The positive points of Rajagiri College of Social Science are the faculty itself, who are highly educated and have vast experience. The college has live labs for social work, which help gain practical knowledge of the field and not just theoretical knowledge. The college has a strong research interest, and people who are interested in research can surely approach the college. The events, fests, and conferences are of high standards. College offers a wide range of amenities and has one of the best libraries, spread over 17000 sq ft, and has the best collection of social work-related journals and articles.Read Full Review

The surroundings of the campus are very peaceful and calm. Rajagiri College of Social Sciences offers a wide variety of bachelor degree courses such as B.Com, B.Sc. Psychology, BBA, and more. There are numerous courses for postgraduate students as well. The institute prioritizes academics, research studies and a clean and green campus. I studied B.Sc. Psychology at Rajagiri and was pleased with the three years I spent there. The college was awarded the NAAC accreditation of A++ grade in 2021 with a CGPA of 3.83. It has also been ranked as the 20th best college in India by NIRF 2024. The professors are very knowledgeable and helpful. The library facilities are top-notch. There are four floors well-stocked with numerous publications and a seating capacity of three hundred and more. Students at Rajagiri also have access to various databases online which immensely helps with research studies.
