The faculty teaching my course have completed their education from top educational Institutions and have great teaching abilities. But, at times, they lack the enthusiasm to teach. The method of teaching is almost entirely reliant on PPTs with comparatively less importance given to hands-on teaching. The faculty were excellent, and hats off to some of them as they were unbelievable with their teaching methods. They were clear that they needed results, and for that, they did all that they could. Yes, they divided the students in groups of intelligent ones, mediocre ones, and some that needs personal assistance. Luckily, I was not in that. They just meant business as management had just one message for them that all students should score well and they never put their hands down without trying. Some can specifically call as hands tied, while I see it as the management kept the faculty on their toes.Read Full Review
