IIT Varanasi Experience

Overall Rating
Overall experience in college is very good. Coding culture of IIT BHU is better than other college. Placements are also good. Study environment is very nice.IIT BHU also have clubs like COPS, Business club, E-Cell which help in student growth. Sports club and ground is better. According to me one thing that is not better is outsider.
 

Academics Rating
In IIT BHU many courses are available, and Students are selected through IIT Advance. In this college the academic pressure is low due to less pressure student take care of other skill in which they have interest. Library facility is also available for student. Library is in better condition, books are available.
 

Faculty Rating
In IIT BHU professor are very friendly with student. They help the students. Professors are highly qualified from top universities. In projects professor help the student. Teaching style of professor is good. Because I am from northern reign so sometime, I don't understand the language of professor which have south accent.
 

Placement Rating
Placement of IIT BHU is better. Last year highest package of college was greater than one crore.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels are in good condition. Infrastructure and facility are good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is average as it is an old institute and later converted into IIT. But it does not matter much as other things dominate it due to various good things such as it has better placement opportunities, more friendly teachers. But it has good sports complex built recently and also various hostels are being built simultaneously recently.
 

Campus Rating
Overall life of this college is very nice. In my college many club-like sports, business, coding, literature, dance etc. and fest are also organise like Kashiyatra, Technex, and Spardha etc. In fests celebrities are invited to motivate students. Last year in Kashiyatra Darshan Raval, Anubhav Singh Bassi invited.

    Overall IIT BHU is good in terms of placement from every other IIT. You should definitely put some good choices in counseling and put some good branches.     IIT BHU is currently ranked 10 in NIRF ranking 2024. The college has very good environment for academics and personal development. So many clubs and societies are there to help a student in his / her extracurricular growth. The college has tech clubs like aero modeling, robotics, coding club, and more.     The overall experience at IIT BHU is like dream fulfilling, had a rigorous curriculum, research opportunities and highly educated faculties for the academics. I really like the sports facilities offered by the institute and joyful & memorable experiences at the festivals. But when it comes to hostel life is really get emotional because hostel is the true heart of the students where they live for 4/5 years as their home and friends as siblings.
