Overall Rating
The overall experience at IIT BHU is like dream fulfilling, had a rigorous curriculum, research opportunities and highly educated faculties for the academics. I really like the sports facilities offered by the institute and joyful & memorable experiences at the festivals. But when it comes to hostel life is really get emotional because hostel is the true heart of the students where they live for 4/5 years as their home and friends as siblings. The clubs, Libraries, health facilities, canteens and seniors are satisfactory for college life.
 

Academics Rating
IIT BHU is known for its excellence and expertise in academic and educational programs. Academic at higher educational institutes gets little hectic for the students. The curriculum at IIT BHU is highly accurate and comprehensive for students in developing their academic knowledge. A periodically updated syllabus is uploaded ensuring students to evolve with the research and technology.
 

Faculty Rating
IIT BHU provides highly educated faculty members who had expertise in research, teaching and engineering disciplines. All the faculty members holds all the highly reputed degrees like Ph.D, M.Tech, M.S, and had an excellent academic career. They also provide proper guidance to the freshers for their better placements.
 

Placement Rating
The placements at IIT BHU are really good, showing the legacy of the institute in the research, technology and engineering fields. IIT BHU had strong connection with the both Tech & Non- Tech industry. The average package of a student at IIT BHU from current records is Rs.22, 00,000 LPA. Highest package offered to the student of the college in the year 2023 is Rs.1.68 crore while the lowest package is around Rs.12.5 LPA. The placement percent in the college is good.
 

Hostel Rating
Certainly IIT BHU has residential facilities for the students, college provides a bed, a table, an almirah, and a chair in a room allotted to 3 students. Beyond that hostel offers Wi-Fi & LAN for excellent internet connectivity? Hostel care takers maintain the proper hygienic environment with regular cleaning in the hostel. Each hostel has its own mess where 3 meals are offered in a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). Hostels also have common rooms for group discussing & relaxation and study rooms for quiet zone to improve the academics.
 

Infrastructure Rating
IIT BHU had traditional old infrastructure for departments and hostels but institute is boosting its infrastructure for the students. The new hostel is inaugurated last year while a hostel for freshers is inaugurated this year. College had a new Student Activity Centre (SAC) for GYM and indoor games which includes Boxing, Table Tennis, Squash, Carrom, etc. College also provides Swimming pool for the students.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life at IIT BHU is fully of adventure, joy and happiness. College has diverse culture from different states of India. The campus celebrates various cultural and non- cultural festivals like Spardha, Technex, and Kashi Yatra offering a lot of opportunities for the students to develop their all round skills. Campus offers more than 20 clubs for students and also had excellent sports equipment & grounds.

    Overall IIT BHU is good in terms of placement from every other IIT. You should definitely put some good choices in counseling and put some good branches.     IIT BHU is currently ranked 10 in NIRF ranking 2024. The college has very good environment for academics and personal development. So many clubs and societies are there to help a student in his / her extracurricular growth. The college has tech clubs like aero modeling, robotics, coding club, and more. There is E-cell and business club also. Even there is UPSC club for UPSC aspirants. Overall as per this year data, the college is ranked 3rd in case of placement and got highest number of offers a...
