Ramanujan College DU is a developing college because when I came here the college seems to be like an old fort and when I left this college the old buildings turned to be in modern infrastructure. This college holds 26th rank in India, and is accredited with grade 'A' by NAAC. Talking about the admission process of college it follows like registration of form, there will be cut off and you have to reach college exactly after seeing your respective cutoffs. Be very particular about the procedure as soon as Ramanujan College Cut Off comes you have to reach college on the time. Otherwise, your seat can be missed due to higher competition and fewer seats. The college management was extremely helpful and to be very frank you will not feel like this is your first day.

I joined B.Com as my background was not maths so I was unable to take B.Com (honors). The eligibility criteria for b.com and for b.com (honors.) are based on a merit basis by calculating the best four subjects of your 12th class. There are courses like in BMS you have to appear for entrance exam for this course. The subjects which are in this course are really helpful because they give theory and practical knowledge as well, and yes this course is helpful in getting jobs, because of its practical knowledge and the curriculum followed.

As I am from B.Com program student so I can say that faculty was extremely helpful as more than the theory they use to give us practical knowledge. As per my knowledge, I know every teacher very well everyone well qualified they all were P.HD and M.PHIL holders, interactive, and cooperative. The total number of faculty was around 200 in total. The method of teaching in the 3rd year was totally based on case-study, presentation, viva, group activity and they teach us in a way in which every concept and every topic was clear to us.

The placement cell of my college is dedicated as the students work hard for their cell. In my course around half of the students got placed in my course. The top companies which came were Decathlon, Oyster Connect, DarziMaid, KPMG, McKinley, and Deloitte. The profile background was mainly from a research analyst, finance associate. The highest package offered to the commerce department was Rs. 4 lakh per annum by McKinley. The lowest package is around Rs. 2 lakh per annum and the average package was around Rs. 3.5 per annum, around 40 to 45 students got placed from our department.

Currently, there are no facilities available for the hostel. You can get P.G. facilities. There are many good accommodations available ranging from Rs. 6,000 to 10,000 per month.

The area of my college is quite large if we compare it with other colleges of DU, it completely stands out, one of the best in interior infrastructure, and the advanced digital classes are coming up. The facilities like air-condition reading rooms, robotics lab, accounting, and finance lab, solid waste disposal machine, ICT enabled smart classroom with projects and canteen are available. The auditorium is fully AC in which many workshops happen every day every department used to have workshops which are really motivating and informative. In the library, you will find all the English papers and top magazines. In case of emergency you can go to the medical room, there is doctor always available.

Overall if I talk about my college so it a growth developing in nature. Our college stands about the best in the entire south campus. The campus is really beautiful and gives you a good vibe of the perfect combination of everything. The activities like sports day, cultural festival, and the annual day take place. Canteen is moderate. Interaction of students and teachers is really cool. Faculty is awesome which I guess is the most important part. There is every department of each course and they conduct fest separately. The learning method is not as difficult as many presentations, group activities and viva take place so learning becomes easy.
