Vivekanand Education Society Institute of Technology is abbreviated as VESIT. By the virtue of my percentile in 12th, I got a seat in this reputed college. The college management cooperated well during the admission process and document verification. VESIT has received several affiliations and accreditations. The college management and faculty has maintained the standard of the college through continuous quality education.

I was good in academics and thus I got a seat in this college based on my high percentage. The eligibility for getting into this college is considerably high and one needs to perform very well in their 12 boards and entrance exams. The course subjects were as per my expectations. This 4 year degree course fetched me an excellent job for the high quality education I had received.

I’ll be extremely honest here. VESIT had a faculty as good as a school. They were extremely strict and followed all the rules diligently. The faculty was well-versed with their subjects and had minimum two degrees. The teaching skills were good too. We had the opportunity of clearing all our doubts with the teachers.

The placement cell officer was very strict and needed everything in place. He was disciplined and that reflected in his work. I had got placed in Atos - one of the top MNCs. But they weren’t giving us joining. There was a big delay in the joining. Our placement officer followed up with the company and urged them to send the joining letters. I think around 95% people got placed in good companies through the campus interviews which is an excellent number.

My college had a great hostel facility. I had been to my friend’s hostel room for getting some notes from her. The rooms were nice for a hostel room. They had common washroom facility but they were quite clean which was a rare scenario. The cleaning staff was on their toes when it came to cleaning the washrooms time to time. The reviews I got from my friends who stayed in the hostel were pretty good except the quality of food. The food was just like it would be in any other hostel mess or canteen. But there were good tiffin facilities around the college where some of friends had opted for the same.

We had a wonderful infrastructure which was a massive one. I absolutely loved the construction work and the architecture. The building and the surrounding area was quite large enough. We also had a humongous playground where the sports activities took place. Our auditorium was equipped with modern technologies. Overall I would give 9 on 10 for a great infrastructure. The canteen served some really good food and offered nice service as well.

I had a nice campus life at VESIT. The students at our time put up some great shows at the college fests. I enjoyed my heart out at the fest along with my friends. We spent most of the time in our college completing assignments and discussing subjects. We also celebrated various festivals with great enthusiasm and pomp.
