Parul University B.Tech Review By Anupriya

I was a bio student. Unlike others I was not having maths in my 12th. According to government rules in 2021 only AICTE approved universities can provide admission to PCB students in B.Tech field and Parul University was one of them in Gujarat with good infrastructure. So I preferred this university.

For admission in B.Tech you must be having at least 60% in your 12th boards if you are taking admission through the management quota. You will be provided a relaxation of 10k in fees if you are having the domicile certificate of Gujarat. Students who are taking admission through the merit list are provided scholarship. In B.Tech they are having different specialization in CSE like Block-chain Technology, Artificial intelligence, Cyber Security, Bigdata, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things, etc.

Mostly faculties are M.Tech or Ph.D holders here. They are teaching on the digital screen through ppt. Some of the faculties are having industrial experience too. Some of the trainers are from companies including ByteXl and Tech Defence. Students are divided into different divisions according to their grades in further semesters and trained accordingly for placements.

Yes, we are having Placement Cell in our institute. It helps the students who are dedicated and willing to get placed.

They are having different types of hostel including 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, and 10 sharing. Rooms include study table, bed, mirror, cupboard, balcony (not in all), attached washrooms (not in all), etc. Additionally they are having free skating classes, paid gym facility, cricket ground, football ground, volleyball ground, kabbadi ground, etc. One thing which I personally don't like is mess facility. I am not talking about the quality of food I am talking about the taste of food, and especially in afternoon they are not changing the menu and repeating the same food for months which is disgusting.

They are having a reading room where you can study any time, library where you can access books free of cost. They are also giving funds for startup ideas if you have any. Inside the campus they are having Parul Sevashram. They are not taking appointment charge from students. They are also having Ayurvedic and homeopathic hospitals of Parul University.

Fests are the most interesting part of our University. Every next week celebs are coming here and we are getting chance to watch them live. They are arranging live concerts too. They celebrate each and every festival in campus. Celebrities are coming here for movie promotion also. If we talk about crowd in campus, yes, at night all the food courts are full of public, here, we have to always wait for the order.
