Student POV: Chandigarh University

Overall Rating
I am perusing B.Tech CSE from the Chandigarh University. I have opted for the specialized course, Cloud Computing. I choose this college as it is near my hometown, within the radius of 100 kms. I found the best private and affordable university in this radius.
 

Academics Rating
In this course, there are no such entry requirements .You can take admissions on the basis of your 12th standard marks. You can also apply for the CUCET exam in order to attain scholarships by achieving good marks in the exam. My main motive of choosing this course, Cloud Computing was because of its scope in the future.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are well-qualified at the Chandigarh University. Many of them are very cooperative and will help you in every path of your B.Tech journey. Some of them are young professors while others carry plenty of experience in the teaching profession. Many of the faculties have joined this university after working in the IT sector for many years.
 

Placement Rating
The placements at this university are good, but I cannot say much about it as I’m in my 2nd year only.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, there are hostels provided by the Chandigarh University inside and outside the campus.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The Chandigarh University is very beautiful and well maintained. Every course has different buildings. The university is divided into various academic blocks. Libraries are provided by the college in every block so that you can utilize your time and focus more on your studies. Free Wi-Fi is also provided to the students.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is good. The university provides many opportunities to be involved in fests that are organized by the college. Along with academics, you get a chance to showcase your talent at the university, which is important for the overall development of a student.

    The factor that made me choose Chandigarh University is its affordable course fee as compared to other law Universities. Overall the course is having a great curriculum with practical and theoretical knowledge. The University provides internship and placement assistance as internship from second semester onwards.     My experience at Chandigarh University is wonderful and memorable. It focuses more on practical and that doesn't mean it avoid theory, it balance the theory and practical. For a Law student, it's necessary that there is practical exposure with theoretical knowledge.     I chose Chandigarh University because of the reputation it holds. The campus is really huge, and infrastructure is top notch. Each and every facility is available in the campus.
