My Thoughts on University of Delhi

Overall Rating
University of Delhi is a prestigious university, everyone wants to get admission in it and explore its campus life. Moreover, I belong from a very small town and it was my dream university. I worked hard with dedication to get into this university. It's worth it. I learnt the different aspects in my career field and my personal life. I also acquired knowledge on how to manage everything alone without relying on anyone. The college life of Delhi University is great. Believe me at the end of your campus life, you will miss it.
 

Academics Rating
The academic experience is not so good as the faculty doesn't give a good score even though you attempted all the questions and performed well. So here getting 60% marks is a hurdle. You have to read the cases and know how to attempt the questions from the seniors. I started asking after passing my 2nd semester and it was a big mistake. Ask the seniors, they are very sweet and genuine. They will definitely help you. Don't forget, hard work with smart studies surely pays off.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty of Delhi University is good. They are experts in their subjects. But you can't wholly rely on them. You have to put your efforts too. The faculty of Law teaches the 3 year LLB course. It focuses on case-based studies. This university will provide you all the case materials.
 

Placement Rating
The drawback of the University of Delhi is that it doesn't provide any placements. You have to explore it on your own.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel infrastructure is far better than private hostels or PGs in Delhi. But getting a hostel room is difficult as you have to score good marks in the entrance exam and fill up the form according to that.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are 3 centres in the campus of Law i.e. CLC, Law Centre 1 and Law Centre 2. CLC was established in 1922. It is a prestigious and the oldest building. The other two are new buildings and have a new infrastructure. The campus has one canteen and a book stall for the case study materials as well as other necessary resources.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is very crucial and important as it grooms your overall personality. The campus is vibrant; you can meet different kinds of people who belong from different places of India. You can join societies, moot courts and the cultural fest. Legal aid services, regular discussions and workshops can be availed in this university. It provides a collaborative environment to the students. Overall, it was a great experience. But now it's coming to an end.

    Being a part of the first lot of Faculty of Technology over here at DU, it is like totally a thrill till now for me.     The college Delhi School of Journalism lies in the north campus. It's affiliated under the Delhi University. The college is newly built but is growing rapidly in its course of journalism.     Law Center 2 of Delhi University is one of the best Law institutes out there. Its facilities are amazing and so impactful. Many practicing lawyers and famous politicians have graduated from here.
