I found this university good. I won't say it is the best university to study in but yeah it is worth studying if you aren't able to get admission in any NLU or any other better law college. Our department, I will say is the best department of the university. We have learned a lot of things from the university so far. We were welcomed by a grand event which was international law conference and our Law minister Mr. Arjun Ram Meghwal was the chief guest that day. They had also invited many other Supreme Court judges like Mr. Swatantra Kumar and more. It was a great experience.

To get admission in the university you need to clear the CUCET exam and you should have scored good grades in your 12th class. After the exam you need to clear the counseling round. The said exam decides the scholarship percentage for your course. I enrolled in the program because I always wanted to pursue law but couldn't take CLAT exam because of some reasons. B.A.LL.B is one of the best courses in the University. We have got best seniors who guided us and they have achieved a lot in their life during the course only.

The faculty is great. Everything has its pros and cons not all faculties in the university are great but majority of them are. They are highly qualified. Almost all of them hold a doctorate degree. Our directors are great and so is our dean. She is a visionary person. She has changed our department for better. You will meet some of the most intellectual faculties in the department. Their style of teaching is very friendly. Also we have soft skill courses for which we have UCMC teachers.

We do have a placement cell in the department. It has helped us a lot throughout. They help us to gain internships during the course no matter where ever you live. They will do every possible thing to give you the best. Many of my seniors have cracked highest packages.

We do have residential facilities in the university. I personally live in the hostel only. I have no plans to shift in any independent flat. We have got more than 4 hostels for girls each having no less than 2 buildings. Our hostel has gym, study room and guest room. Also they have installed lifts as well. I feel this is the only hostel that provides you good and healthy food. They have a feedback diary in which any student can write their feedbacks about the food and they do work on the complaints. The rooms are quite good and clean. They spray pesticides every week. Also the rooms are cleaned and mopped every day. The washrooms are common to everyone and they are cleaned twice a day. They have a great housekeeping staff for the hostel and the wardens are also good. They also have cafes in the hostel that if any person has no plan to eat from the mess they can order their food from the same. They also provide sweet dish once a week.

Our block I will say is one of the most beautiful blocks. The engineer has crafted it so well. I loved it so much. We have 5floors in the block with lift service for the staff and students as well. Every floor has separate washroom for boys and girls. Water coolers are installed everywhere. They have also installed AC's in many classrooms and chillers in every room. By the end of August 2024 they will be working in every room.

Honestly speaking we have a very safe campus life. I haven't even once seen anybody creating any nuisance in the campus. No guy has ever passed any inappropriate comment on the girls. The security is very tight. This is the best thing about the University that even if you roam in the campus late night you will be safe. We have lots of clubs including the cultural club, NCC, NSS, etc. Every year they organize no more than 10 concerts. Very high profile actors come here for the promotion. We have the biggest event called the CU fest where students enjoy for straight 2 days. CAB is one of the events where CEOs of various companies come to visit us and the students are free to interact with them and showcase their projects.
