The campus is excellent in terms of infrastructure, academics, environment and overall facilities. It is the oldest engineering institute in Asia with a legacy of more than 175 years. The alumni base is very huge and the connection this institute has with the industry experts is unmatchable. Overall the institute is a good blend of all extracurricular activities and academics. Overall development takes place inside the campus. A lot of brilliant minds and seniors who are always ready to help in each and every issue. The institute is really very good and one plus point for students is that there is no attendance policy.

The academics are quite challenging and have a good difficulty level. There are two sessions of examination in a semester; one is the midterm and other is end term examination. To get enrolled in the institute, one has to clear JEE Mains and Advance entrance exams with a good rank.

Faculty members are very helpful. There are lot of professors, assistant professors and teaching assistants available for every course. All of the professors have great knowledge and have done Master’s & Doctorate in their respective fields. They always try to solve every doubt of each individual and also give assignments of topics to practice.

We have our Placement and Internship cell. Many companies visit our campus twice in a year, one for the placements and other for the internships. Most of the students get placed during in-campus placement sessions.

There are different hostels for different years called bhawans. First year and second year students are given a double occupancy rooms whereas the third year and the final year students have single rooms. Hostel rooms are well equipped. All the Bhawans have their own mess, sports facilities and gym

Infrastructure is quite good. Classrooms are fully air conditioned and fitted with projectors and latest technological instruments. There are two lecturing hall complexes and a central library with lot of books. Overall the infrastructure is quite well.

Campus life is very good and environment in the campus is also very good. Our institute has four fests in a year including Cultural Fest, Tech Fest, Sports Fest and The Social Fest. There are a lot of clubs run by the students which include both cultural and the technical clubs.
