True Review on TCET, Mumbai

Overall Rating
My overall experience at TCET is awesome. Infrastructure of our college is really good. This college provides jobs with good package to the students and that is the reason why I chose this college. Overall placement opportunities are good as compared to other college. It also focus on other co curriculum activities. That's why I suggest to other students to choose this college.
 

Academics Rating
There are many courses available here which includes Computer Engineering, IT, AIML, IOT, Civil, Mechanical, etc. To get into this college, you have to clear MHTCET exam with good percentile. For technical courses, you must score at least above 95 percentile. You can also get admission through management quota.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are really awesome. All of them have completed either masters or doctorate degree and have more than 15 + years experience. They tend to use modern techniques for teaching. Practical classes are also held daily to enhance your overall performance. They also call industry experts to teach in our college once in week.
 

Placement Rating
Overall placements record is good. The highest package for the last year was 40 LPA and average was 6.5 LPA. Major recruiting companies here are for tech roles like JP Morgan, Oracle, Colgate, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, etc.
 

Hostel Rating
The college has 3 hostels. The infrastructure of the hostels is really good. It doesn’t provide mess facilities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure of our college is really good. Campus area is awesome with clean gardens and grounds. Every classroom is fully AC and lift is also there. Each computer lab has good and fully working PCs. All the other departments also have fully air conditioned and equipped labs.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is really fantastic. You will definitely enjoy a lot. There are many clubs which are very famous throughout the college like ISTE, retract, green club, TSDW, CSI, etc. Two big fests which are held every year are ‘Zypher’ and ‘Sojourn’. Other activities and celebrations like Dandiya is also conducted from time to time.

    This institute was the best option for me as it had the best faculties. It has a big campus, air-conditioned classrooms, air-conditioned reading room, big library with multiple books from varied fields and various authors, etc. Every group of 20 students has a personal mentor looking after their needs which is another plus point for the students....   • TCET Mumbai was Established in 2001

    When I first took admission in College it looked normal and simple, but it has amazing campus. I was just looking for an Institution with good facilities and feel comfortable while studying. It was started in 2001. People here are helpful and teachers were also amazing. The fee can feel lit bit high though. Apart from this, I would definitely as other students to join the Institution....     Well, they aren't as good as they advertise themselves to be. If you go and check Google reviews you will see people appreciating them a lot but take it with a pinch of salt. They charged us full fees even during the pandemic while the other colleges slashed theirs out of concern. It felt less like a college and more like a school because of their 75% attendance rule.     I was a student of TCET and will give an honest review so that no one is fooled ever. Thakur College of Engineering and Technology has this knack for intervening in every single matter that a student wants to do on his/her own. In 1 sentence there is no scope of growth at all at this college. Thakur Engineering College believes that lectures will give you more experience than the workshop.
