Overall Rating
When I first took admission in College it looked normal and simple, but it has amazing campus. I was just looking for an Institution with good facilities and feel comfortable while studying. It was started in 2001. People here are helpful and teachers were also amazing. The fee can feel lit bit high though. Apart from this, I would definitely as other students to join the Institution.

Academics Rating
I chose Civil Engineering branch in Thakur College of Engineering and Technology Mumbai. The admission process is simple and would take a day to complete the whole procedure. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry and well structured. Exams are assignments are helpful.
The fee of my chosen course was around Rs. 1,56,000/- per year. Tuition fee is Rs. 90,000/- & development fee is Rs. 9000/-. Rest are other applicable charges. The fee structure keeps changing. There is scholarship for other students.

Faculty Rating
Faculty members are excellent and they know their subjects very well. They all have a great teaching experience. Every teacher is supporting in nature. Their problem solving skills are best.

Placement Rating
Placement Cell of College is great. The forms are required to be filled in order to be a part of campus recruitment drives.

Hostel Rating
I do not really know the hostels as I do not live there. However, they do have hostel facilities.

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure of TCET Mumbai is awesome and great. The main Engineering College has one building that is a seven-floored. Every classroom is equipped with AC. The campus has Wi-Fi facilities. Labs are well equipped with the latest computers and software. There is a big reading room and library with lots of books and also a reading room in the library, which is both air-conditioned. We have a canteen, and food quality is also decent, but you can also enjoy outside food.

Campus Rating
My campus life was amazing. The crowd was too much but it was fun. faculty members are highly qualified and very helpful, making learning easier and effective. There were so many clubs in College & you can join any of them and have fun. There are so many events and fest held throughout the year. You will enjoy every event so well. I really enjoyed my College with my friends.

This institute was the best option for me as it had the best faculties. It has a big campus, air-conditioned classrooms, air-conditioned reading room, big library with multiple books from varied fields and various authors, etc. Every group of 20 students has a personal mentor looking after their needs which is another plus point for the students.... • Decent college

    Overall Rating
Well, they aren't as good as they advertise themselves to be. If you go and check Google reviews you will see people appreciating them a lot but take it with a pinch of salt. They charged us full fees even during the pandemic while the other colleges slashed theirs out of concern. It felt less like a college and more like a school because of their 75% attendance rule. The only positives I observed were top-notch infrastructure and placements were pretty decent considering the pandemic. The campu... Read Full Review

  • TCET is the worst engineering college ever

    Overall Rating
I was a student of TCET and will give an honest review so that no one is fooled ever. Thakur College of Engineering and Technology has this knack for intervening in every single matter that a student wants to do on his/her own. In 1 sentence there is no scope of growth at all at this college. Thakur Engineering College believes that lectures will give you more experience than the workshop. I wish they went to IIT once to see how students are engaged in projects daily and how important they are. ... Read Full Review
