Overall Rating
Dev bhoomi was started in 2005 with few students and now has approx 8,000 students. Earlier I was preparing for NEET but I couldn’t make it so I have to choose something related to biology. One of my friend recommended this University and even I will recommend people to go for it.
 

Academics Rating
This agricultural course provides a wide range of knowledge likewise for implementing other equipment and technologies. For admission, it requires TC, CLC and board exam mark sheet. For registration, the charges are 6,200. I chose this course because of my family background and I have a personal interest in it too.
 

Faculty Rating
All the faculty members have completed their Masters and PhD. All members are very supportive and skillful. I’m literally impressed with their teaching skills and knowledge about the topic beyond syllabus. The agricultural land is biggest in all the Universities in Dehradun. Faculty is cooperative.
 

Placement Rating
Final year students are eligible for placement enrolment. Firstly they have to complete their internship (if he/she is interning somewhere). Approx 25% students get placed every year.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, this University provides hostel facility. It has double and triple sharing rooms and the charges for the same are accordingly. It will cost 62,000 (for triple sharing) annually. It includes the laundry, Wi-Fi, water cooler, electricity and mess facility.
 

Infrastructure Rating
All departments building have a unique and stylish look. So there are total 9 buildings and 4 hostels (2 for girls and 2 for boys). In all of them, business management building has great architecture. Each building represents their department, like nursing department has a hospital look and pharmacy building looks like circular tomb and so on.
 

Campus Rating
So our University has one campus ground, one basket ball court, one badminton court, kabbadi court, volleyball court, two canteens, one cafeteria, and one coffee shop (Nescafe). I am kind of solo person so I like to be alone. The campus life is great and university organises fests like Pinak, cultural programs, sports tournaments, fresher’s party and all other annual events. One club is made which I am a member of ROOH which is an NGO that helps needy and poor people.

    Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University, Dehradun is value for money with its high quality education and the support it gives us in every event. Professors are friendly in general but strict when it comes to studies. We study with focus without any disturbance and our University is placed amidst the greenery.     After checking out many Universities not just in Dehradun but elsewhere too, I found DBUU Dehradun to be the best. The first thing is that, it's a budget friendly University and no compromise is there on quality education. University serves the students to the best of their interests but self practice is what will make life easy here. University provides us many opportunities and thereby a good exposure too....     My overall experience of DBUU Dehradun, upto date has been awesome. The infrastructure, faculty, students, and events have been amazing. It is a new experience each day at the university. The university is known for its location, placements, and fests that are organized every year in the campus.     The university infrastructure is good. It is far from the city which is good for the people like me who love peace and stay away from the city.
