My Opinion on DIT University

Overall Rating
The overall campus life of DIT is good. The campus and the location, both are very beautiful, as it is situated among the mountains. One of the best thing is that faculties are very sincere towards their work which is very helpful for the students.
 

Academics Rating
The eligibility for BCA course is to have minimum 50% marks in 10+2. The fee is Rs. 56000 per semester for Himalayan students. The registration fees is Rs. 1250 and admission fee is Rs. 10000 including dress. The bus charges are Rs. 20000 every year.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are good in DIT for every branch. The faculties help students in their projects work also. The faculties take quizzes before every mid-term and final term exams. They also provide notes after each lecture for better preparation.
 

Placement Rating
The placements at DIT are good. For B.Tech, average package is 7 to 8 LPA and for BCA, it is 3 to 4 LPA. The university also provides internship programs for the students every year.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel fee for girls is Rs.142500 in which Rs. 5000 is refundable. They also have an option of single room. For boys, sharing room is available in hostel. The food of the hostel is also good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of DIT is very fantastic. For every branch, there is a separate building. For B.Tech and BCA, Vedanta and Vishweshwaraya building are present respectively. Some other buildings like Vatsu, Chanakya, Viswakarma, etc are located. There is very large and beautiful library is present at Vedanta in 1st floor. There are many cafeterias in the campus.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life of DIT is very fantastic. Beautiful view of DIT in rainy and monsoon season is enough to sooth our mind. The nature and the environment is mind blowing, the location is outstanding as from Mussoorie, the whole campus of DIT is clearly visible. There are many clubs like sports, dance, music, CS, NCC and NSS.

    DIT University is located in the Old Mussoorie Road in Dehradun. It is a well known university and is famous its degree in B.Tech. My overall experience in this college is satisfactory and the education system is one of the finest in the city.
