My views on DIT University, Dehradun

Overall Rating
From my personal experience, I think this university is good as it offers various courses and good faculty which helps you to create an easy roadmap for your future. It also offers good placements and good environment to the students.
 

Academics Rating
As I am from a coding background, I choose BCA because it was suitable for me and it is a 3 year degree and provides various job opportunities to the students. If you are not from science stream it will be a little tougher for you guys to get admission in this course.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty is good here you can ask any doubt in ongoing classes or even after the classes. They help in various ways by providing study material from where we can study for our exams. Teachers conduct quizzes every 2 to 3 weeks to check students learning and remembering skills.
 

Placement Rating
University provides a good placements if you are capable of that job. I had 2 to 3 seniors who are placed in good companies. As a programming student various companies offers a good amount of package for skilled and efficient candidates. Companies like Google, Microsoft, Adobe; etc offers various placement opportunities to the students.
 

Hostel Rating
I don’t know much about hostel life as I am living outside. But yeah my friend lives in hostel; university provides a basketball court and good Wi-Fi to them. The rooms are in good condition and that’s all I know.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is good here. There are a lot of buildings of different courses including 4 to 5 labs and a basket ball court. There is one drawback of this university that it does not have a big ground where you can play any sport. It offers 2 to 3 cafeterias as well.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is average I think I am not much of an extrovert so I keep it simple by not getting included in external activities which are not related to my course. But yeah the university does provide various fests and recently we had freshers which had dj night and a lot of different activities for students.

    The best part about the college is definitely the location. The view and weather around is always great and there are many places that students visit all around the year. The campus also provides resource facilities for higher studies or entrepreneurship. You can expect the best facility provided to help you give your best towards your ideas or ambitions.     Overall Rating
    DIT University is located in the Old Mussoorie Road in Dehradun. It is a well known university and is famous its degree in B.Tech. My overall experience in this college is satisfactory and the education system is one of the finest in the city.
