Hotel Management: Best Department of MSRUAS

Overall Rating
It has been a lovely experience so far, as students from various communities have made their way here. Learning experience too has been wonderful here.
 

Academics Rating
I am so happy that I have to review because when you say Hotel Management people think you will be a chef. No, Hotel Management is actually about studying Hotel Administration and culinary too is a part of it, which is an elective. I am learning the administrative part, as I want to make my mark in Hospitality Industry.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are amazing. We have faculties and guest faculties who have good reputation in our industry. Our faculties also hold both experiences in tandem that is working in the similar industry and teaching.
 

Placement Rating
From Radisson to Taj Hotels to Hyatt Group of hotels, many reputed names from hospitality industry come during drive to hire students. Our final year is an entire internships period and every student of our university gains practical knowledge in these companies and that is why placements become certain in our department.
 

Infrastructure Rating
MSRUAS’s campus is huge (probably second or third largest in Bengaluru). There are nearly 8-10 departments are under a single 85 acres campus. Our department has its own canteen, kitchen, boardrooms, and other stuff. Every department also has its own facilities as per the needs of course. Sports facilities of the university are impressive with indoor and outdoor complexes, huge playground and many others.
 

Campus Rating
HM is certainly among the most happening departments of MSRUAS. Our departmental fest ‘Xenia’ is most talked about fest. University’s annual fest ‘Akira’ also has a major participation from our department. Campus life has come a full circle at this wonderful campus and I am sure I will have the best smile on once I pass out and think back of the time that I have spent here.

    Being a part of Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences is one of the best parts in my life. The institute offers best exposure on real life problem. Different clubs and activities are also present in the campus to enhance our knowledge. This is what made me join this particular university in Bangalore.     The only factor that made me choose this University is that it provides best educational system and good health care facilities. This University has good and large campus. It provides you the best placement and internship.     I am a 2022 batch student, passing out in 2026. The practicals are interesting and everyone is provided with chance to a try. The students are divided into four batches and each batch has different practical on four days of week. On Monday, we have theory of every core subject. While the weekends are, off.
