Amity at its best

Overall Rating
As a University, the life here is amazing. My experience till now has been great. I met great people, great faculties that are always ready to help the students in any way. The study part is pretty serious and 75% attendance is mandatory but except for that the University is amazing. The classrooms, the seating arrangement, the library, the sports arena, the canteen and everything are too good.
 

Academics Rating
The course I opted for is B.Com (H). In this course there are ten subjects including accounts, economics, finance, marketing, management, environmental studies, Mathematics, French, business communication and computer. The eligibility was 45% or more in 12th grade. The application process was pretty easy and convenient. It did not need any kind of registration fees as per Covid reasons. There was a proficiency test while I was applying after getting admission into the University.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members at Amity University are very humble, understanding and sensitive towards the problems of the students. The faculties are always ready help the students even in the most minor inconveniences. The faculty is very talented and has vast knowledge related to their subject. They are always ready to share their wisdom with the students whenever needed. They also regularly conduct various interactive sessions with the students and their taught concepts are always crystal clear.
 

Placement Rating
The placement percentage in Amity University is around 80% of the batch and more than 650 companies visit campus for placements. Till date around 1,20,000 students have been already placed at reputed companies and MNC’s.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel has enough spacious rooms and lobbies and clean and hygienic washrooms. The hostel also consists of some air conditioned rooms. The price varies from the non-air conditioned rooms to AC ones. The hostel fees maybe a little overboard but it also provides complete safety and security of the students living here.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is totally mesmerizing at Amity University. As one enters the campus it seems like an American vintage University with a beautiful fountain at the front giving a royal look to the campus. The campus consists of 6-7 blocks. Each one of them caters to different departments of courses. The campus has two canteens with great food, two basketball courts, three indoor as well as outdoor badminton courts, three lawn tennis courts and one huge football ground.
 

Campus Rating
The campus has an amazing life of its own. There are students laughing and giggling with their groups. The crowd is also good, standardized and very sweet. There are various clubs but the most special one is Yukti club which helps the needy and poor by doing social services like food for need or donating old clothes to the orphanages. A yearly fest takes place in the month of march and consists of concerts, programs and more.

    Firstly, I came here as I was not eligible for taking admission in a government college. Also, it has a brand value which helps you in many places in life. It follows anti-ragging policy which makes it safer too and in Lucknow it provides the best ROI (Return of Investment). Also it has many branches which provide you opportunities to appear in the placements in different branches.     Amity University, Lucknow was established in the year 2004; offering diverse undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs. It is a nice campus with all the basic amenities that students require. Admission is based on the scores of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET).
