Overall Rating
This is the number one University of Rajasthan. Its geographical condition is good but it just needs some improvement in its building structure. The environment is very calm and clean and the studies here are also very good. The faculty is also very good. Only the behavior of some staff here is sometimes strict. The only thing is that sometimes the behavior of some staff here is average where as some teachers are very good.
 

Academics Rating
I have taken Public Administration Hons. from this University. This can be very useful for me in future, and the minor subject is History, which helps me in future competitive exams. I chose this University because this University is praised all over Rajasthan and India. The value of its degree is also very good. To get admission in this University, you have to score more than 90% marks. So, overall Academic behavior is good.
The fee here is very low in comparison to other Universities. The price is very regional. It is very beneficial for ST/SC also.
 

Faculty Rating
Here the teachers' behavior is very good and their teaching patter is also good. Sometimes they are late as the students need to call them twice or thrice so that they can come and teach us. Their holidays become very long and sometimes children do not come to University in such a large population. Sometimes more students come and sometimes no teacher comes to educate the students. Teachers behave well with the students.
 

Placement Rating
Whoever studies from this University gets a degree and also gets a good job in the future which is very important for his future. Here the degree has a lot of importance and also gives value because the name of this University is famous all over Rajasthan and India.
 

Hostel Rating
There are separate Universities for boys and girls here. Sometimes minor or major ragging happens. I don't stay in a hostel but I hear about hostels from people. Bullying is more prevalent here.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The building and infrastructure here is good but it needs improvement. The university has many trees all over and the the environment feels cool while summers. The structure of this building is old but it needs maintenance. The classes also need improvement but although it is also okay as the students need to attend just few classes in a day. This factor actually differs from course to course. The classes in main building are better and more organized than ours.
 

Campus Rating
There are more village children here and very few lion cubs. But good activities keep happening in this University campus that are very helpful for us and are also very important for the future. The principal keeps organizing some programs and events every month. This increases entertainment and a lot of students also come to the University due to entertainment. The environment of University is good for children and it has a very good impact on their overall mentality and personality.

    Considering that fact that this university is regarded as one of the most prestigious institutions of the state, University of Rajasthan offers a vast variety of options to explore upon for students like me.   • UNIRAJ Jaipur Cost-Effective Fee Structure

    University life is average. The placement opportunities are less here but it gives good knowledge about subjects. Students are mostly from Jaipur so less diversity of students. Guards and CCTV cameras are there for security purpose. I will suggest this university if you want to pursue graduation degrees and not professional degrees.     My experience in University of Rajasthan is quite decent, however did had few backlashes in terms of quality education. The courses which I took included accounting, finance and business studies related subjects, which were taught by knowledgeable facilities, even though they may not cooperate, at times.
