Overall Rating
Overall Army Institute of Technology, Pune is good. I chose it because it has 96% placement rate. Also, for girls it’s easy to grab the desired placement. Institute has a good sports culture as it cares for both mental and the physical health of students. Institute has all essential facilities.
 

Academics Rating
Admission eligibility includes good percentile in JEE Main and you get course according to the merit list. They teach you both academic and co curricular subjects like DTIL for improving startup plans. Semester system of exam is present here with 2 internals in each. Admission process starts after the JEE Main exam in May and institute starts in July end.
Fee for first year is Rs. 3,65,000 with Rs. 22,000 as security charge.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty is supportive, polite, and is ready to help with any problem. A counselor is also provided to the students with a ratio 1:20. They teach via PPT. They are highly qualified in their fields. There are separate teachers who teach us coding and other things.
 

Placement Rating
A training and placement cell is present in our institute which helps to grab opportunity for students. Microsoft, Delloite, and some other companies visit to our institute. Highest package was 51 LPA in 2025 batch.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels are compulsory for first year students. Hostel fee including mess charge is nearly Rs. 1,54,000. There is a recreation room which serves the purpose of gym and TV room.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Army Institute of Technology, Pune has one library named Aryabhtta Centre with nearly 12000 books and journals. 2 volleyball courts, 2 basketball courts, football ground, cricket ground, and badminton court are there as well. There are two canteens and there is also a night canteen. Minute Room for medical emergency and a vehicle for emergency visits to military hospital.
 

Campus Rating
Overall campus life is good. All the festivals are enjoyed with lots of fun sessions. Various cultural and tech fest are conducted on the national level scale. Club system is present which is compulsory for students to take part, in order to increase the leadership qualities. There are 23 clubs in total.

    Army Institute of Technology is a place where you get the mixture of discipline, academics, discipline and overall personality development. Recently Army Institute of Technology has made the admission open for navy and air force wards, so as in this college there are wards of defense personnel.     As my college name “Army” Institute of Technology suggests, this college is full of discipline and is regulated by AWES (Army Welfare Education Society). The placements of the college are excellent. The average package of college is 13-14 LPA and last year, the highest package was 1.2 CRPA.     I came to know about Army Institute of Technology through one of my faculty members who taught me in my entrance coaching. Later, I searched about the college and went through their own website.     I would rate the college 8/10. The placements are good but could get better. The campus is pretty small and far from the main land city, other than this, I think the college is pretty good and can compete with many NITs around the nation.
