Overall Rating
Jamia Millia Islamia University has very unique and good experience. It is one of the best universities in India. Its NIRF ranking is also 3rd in India. Factor that made me choose this institute is its heritage, prestige and after all it's reasonable and affordable fees for all the courses. The university is 100+ years old and it has its reputation. I also choose this university because it'll give exposure to the Delhi city also.
 

Academics Rating
To get admission in Diploma in Computer Engineering in Jamia Millia Islamia university the entry requirements is that you have to give entrance exam of Jamia Millia Islamia university and eligibility for diploma is that you must be class 10th pass from any recognised board. Admission process of college is hectic and very badly handled by the administration. They call all the students on same day for the admission process and document verification which causes chaos and huge crowd.
Fees for diploma in Computer Engineering in Jamia Millia Islamia University is Rs.9,645/- for one semester. With facilities like free health care center for students. There is no scholarship in Jamia Millia Islamia University.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty is like a coin it has 2 faces, some teachers and faculty members are good in nature and motivating while few are exhausted and thinks students are their puppet. But overall qualifications of the teachers are very good and they teach very well. They teach using blackboard and connect with students via WhatsApp for doubts and questions. The problem solving ability of faculty is also good they are very well qualified. The teacher-student ratio is also good. My experience with faculty member is good if you behave properly they will also support you.
 

Placement Rating
Placement for Diploma In Computer Engineering in Jamia Millia Islamia University is not really good. The average package is about Rs.4.00 LPA and highest is about Rs.11.00 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel of Jamia Millia Islamia University is good and very affordable and cheap. They conduct interview for allotment of hostel rooms so that only deserved and needy students can get the hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure and campus of Jamia Millia Islamia University is very good and green and very big. Campus size is very big and is located in city which gives good off campus life also. University has a very good library also for all departments and also a central library and reading hall also. Jamia Millia Islamia University has few canteens which allow students to have a good meal at very low prices. It has a sports complex, and many more facilities.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life of Jamia Millia Islamia University is amazing and fabulous. Campus is ragging free. The campus is green which allows students to hangout with friends and the campus is open till night so students can enjoy campus life all day and night. Jamia Millia Islamia University also allows off campus life like you can go to Batla House or Zakir Nagar for shopping and for food, The food in Zakir Nagar is very good and affordable also. University and departments conduct fests and events regularly.

    My overall experience in Jamia Millia Islamia is fantastic. We got to know people from all over the country practicing unique culture. It is absolutely adventurous thing to do.
