Overall Rating
I had a great experience in this Institute. There are a lot of fests and cultural events organized. MasterChef and Flash mob are organized on daily basis, which keeps us busy and entertained. People go for private Institutes only when they don’t get into good government ones and this is my sole reason of opting it, but I am a proud kid student and I am happy that I selected this Institute. The Institute is huge and we have a lot of hangout sports.
 

Academics Rating
You need to give online test called KIITEEE and it’s very easy test which can be done at home and you can easily get computer science in this Institute. You should have scored 60% above in your 12th percentage. The faculties are very helpful and they’ll help you with your admission process. You need to bring your documents with you before coming up here and they’ll provide you laptop and books for all eight semesters and how long your courses are they provide first copy of really expensive books. All the books come under Rs. 75,000, which includes your laptop as well.
The Institute is a little expensive. The fee is Rs. 14,00,000 for four years, B.Tech tuition fee and including Hostel. If you take three bed, AC and mess, it can cost you around Rs. 22,00,000. There are a few scholarship programs for really bright students who come under the top scorers.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty is good, but there is one teacher allotted for every 80 students. You have a mentor who guides you and helps you every time you need someone. They teach you through PPT. There are group discussions, digital smart boards and in every class you can approach your teachers. They are pretty friendly. The faculties are really educated. Most of them are top grades from Ph.D’s, and most of them have worked in the US and other Western countries before settling down in Bhubaneswar.
 

Placement Rating
I’ve heard that placement and training services are pretty helpful. The average package is around 5 to 6 lakhs and highest was around 53LPA. Maybe I am not placed yet because I have just started my third year. I am in sixth semester.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel mess cost around Rs. 25,000 per semester and Rs. 50,000 per year. For girls in time is 7:30 PM and for boys, there is no such thing as in time. Food quality is nice. Hygiene is maintained, but washrooms are not really nice. It has little rules.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Ambulance and buses are available for students for all the time. There are two libraries, a lot of labs, many seminar and conference halls, group discussion halls, etc. We get our books from the Institute. There are a lot of campuses. The Institute is huge and you cannot see the whole campus in even four years. It has less classrooms and it has a rich look. The Institute is full air conditioner.
 

Campus Rating
Institute has huge crowd. There are a lot of societies and clubs. There are annual fests and there are organizations. Clubs organize a cultural event or event every year and overall my campus life is great and always remember, my Institute life is great. There are a lot of sports activities and gyms for student. Also there are scholarships provided based on sports quota. The only thing that I don’t like is Institute crowd which is huge, we have around 7000 students for computer science.

    KIIT is an Institute where the main goal of the Institute is educates tons of children. The batch of 2024 has more than 4000 admissions. I had no other good choice rather than to join this Institute. Well it is not totally bad Institute if you can focus on yourself and use the resources efficiently I think you can achieve great things in life.     This Institute is a combination of extracurricular activities and great academics. KIIT provides a beautiful natural environment for students to study and perform their various vocational activities. One who is a great fan of sports and culture must come here cause it is the domain of all these.
