Selecting BITS Pilani has been really been a dream comes true for me, accomplishing things that I have always cherished in my heart for so long. Hailing from a tier-3 city that has influenced my outlook and goals, I made it my strongest determination to leave a lasting mark in my career and industries I work with. To be here in this institution is to be given the autonomy to discover a universe of endless unlimited possibilities, therefore molding my destiny into directions I never knew existed before. Life in BITS Pilani is indeed interesting and engrossing, for it offers an awesome mix of rigorous academics, extensive personal growth, and ample extracurricular activities that make the experience more enriching.

I have opted for this institute as it is one of India's best engineering institutes, and I am highly sure that this decision will benefit my career. The institute has a flexible and different study timetable where the students can choose their own courses and design their learning path according to their interest. To enroll, you have to appear for the BITSAT exam, which examines the student in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Logical Reasoning. To be qualified, you must pass 12th grade with good marks. It follows a system of ongoing assessment, in which students are compiled to study seriously and not just for the sake of exams.

The fee structure is relatively higher than any IITs or NITs but not that high and also institute offer scholarship on the basis of CGPA.

The faculty is well learned and qualified. Most of the professors hold PhD. Qualifications form top institutions like IITs and foreign universities. A few professors also have good industry exposure, which gives a practical touch to the theoretical knowledge. What sets this institute apart is close relationship between professors and students, encouraging interaction outside of class hours. Washing machines at Laundromat, water-coolers, common rooms with air conditioning, and high-speed internet connectivity are also available on the campus. The hostel culture encourages belonging, and it is not difficult at all to form lifelong relationships. To add on, there is no ragging in the campus, as the seniors are very friendly.

The institute is equipped with state of the art infrastructure comprising state of the art laboratories, smart classrooms, and a resourceful library. The campus is totally self-contained with amenities including a shopping complex, medical centre, bank, post office. The green campus and intelligent architecture offer the ideal blend between learning and amusement. Especially, new academic block is built in a way that to have all new technologies and Clock tower represents the legacy of the institute.
