Step 1: First & foremost, the committee confirms the participation of the leading companies in the University’s placement program.

Step 2: In the next step, the companies fill-in the Job Announcement Form (JAF) comprising details like job roles, qualifications, salary packages, and a few others.

Step 3: Following this, SPOC (Single Point of Contact) from BITS Pilani Placement Committee coordinates with the respective companies to schedule all the events & activities related to the recruitment process.

Step 4: Then, the companies conduct various interview and assessment sessions to offer dream roles to the students with the support of the University’s placement committee. After this, shortlisted students receive the offer letter.
