RRU Ahmedabad Focuses on Tactical Learning

Overall Rating
Many say that their college is warm, nice, gentle, and rewarding. Ours not, as they teach us how to be tough. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going is what our university believes and therefore, only the toughest participants can make through our university. Admission also depends on our physical scores. Challenges and tasks assigned for admission not just test mental capacity but also the physical capacity. All the things that I wanted are here. Therefore, for me Rashtriya Raksha University, Ahmedabad is best.
 

Academics Rating
For entry requirements, I have mentioned in the previous section that mental and physical capabilities are tested. Our academics physically are not as tough as an NDA or IMA but our course is tough. We study some of the most important things such as international relations and human behaviors. Also, chances of us being in field jobs are high so, physical activity scores are also there in our academics. First of all our academics are extraordinarily befitting, as how things in this modern world work are taught to us. Finally, how to strategize and make this world a better place to live is what our academics are all about.
Fee charged for a year by Rashtriya Raksha University, Ahmedabad is Rs. 80,000. Since, I was selected through sports quota; I got a 50% scholarship.
 

Faculty Rating
Our faculties are perfect, as IPS people have been chosen to teach us. They have worked for our government for years and have contributed to the best of their abilities, are now making us learn those things. So, I am grateful to all my faculty members for their support and help, not just in classes but afterwards also. Their commitment in teaching is 200% and nobody can ask for more than that.
 

Placement Rating
This university is built to make people ready for Special Police Service, or intelligence wings of the armed forces. Hence that is where we will be placed after completion of our course.
 

Hostel Rating
Luckily, we have both on and off campus hostels. We have the option to choose either of them. I am staying at the on campus hostels; they have good food and comfortable rooms.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Since, one side of the campus has a river next to it, the scorching heat of Gandhinagar is little polite on us because of that. Campus is so huge that we do not have to go out to roam and ‘Sarita Udyan’ close to our campus, has our university students more than normal crowd in the evening. Our campus from inside is a heavenly one, as roads, classrooms, library, and administration building are of top quality. Wi-Fi becomes the most important thing here as network issues are there but thanks to it, we do not face much difficulty.
 

Campus Rating
‘Rangratri’ is a fest for us to open up, as DJ party is hosted and it's a full night party. We have students from all corners of India but no student feel cornered. Annual fest ‘Aarambh’ has cultural activities showcasing different culture of different regions. Students are persuaded to participate, as it's an all students’ fest. Most of the time, I engage myself in playing sports or hitting the gym. I can say, I am having the best campus life here.

    A university about which I never heard of until I entered my class 12th and all of a sudden, I made it a point that I would study only at RRU.     Blessing in disguise, as I missed on NLUs & NFSU and this was indeed my third choice. I am from Rajasthan, We consider Gujarat as our sister state and therefore, as soon as I got admission here, my family happily agreed. Thanks to them for doing so, as our college teach us using survival of the fittest method. There are many courses to choose from. However, it is still better than most of the private universities....     RRU Ahmedabad presents us opportunities to work in elite public sector. Cyber threats have increased past Covid and therefore I chose this course as firstly not many Universities offer this course and secondly even if few Universities have this course, they are not as reputable as RRU....     Rashtriya Raksha University offers many specializations in B.Tech CSE. I have chosen Cyber Security. The college itself is related to security so it provides a better exposure of Cyber Security.
