Academics & Campus Life of Mithibai College of Arts

From an academic and campus life point of view, Mithibai College is one of the best places to be in. I say this for a specific reason, as our college hosts some of the most prominent fests and events. When it comes to academics, we are still among the top few colleges of Mumbai University where strict or minimum attendance criteria still exists. However, it's our campus life which is heart and soul of our college as a core. Placements might be full but opportunities for internships are plenty here.

Academics here are done systematically and at a pace where students never felt the burden of studies beyond campus much. So, academics is the thing which has held Mithibai College, and for that matter other colleges of the trust held together. So, in short academics of our college is a calming influence on us, as B.Com is often considered as a piece of paper degree. However, boundaries that can be breached through our degree and skills set to be endured; all are taught at our college.

Rs. 10,250 is the fees at Mithibai for doing B.Com. For other courses as well, our college fees is very reasonable.

At our college, the reason why academics have worked out so well is because of the faculty that we have. Academic field of our college doesn’t have a single hole and for that our faculties deserves all the praise. I say this with no disrespect but some faculty members are a little strict and have an old mindset. The college can improve on having modernized staff for upcoming modern generations. Most of the faculty of our college is exceptional, as they know the kind of skills that are required for the modern world, and they teach us that very trait.

Regular seminars and all are held and that is how students here are assisted for placements as direct campus placements are quite slim.

Trust me but most students like me have chosen this college purely for the location. We do have all the facilities that other colleges talks about. Be it recreation centre, canteen, seminar hall or the vibrant classrooms, we have them all, but inside one building. As apart from a small parking space, we have nothing other than a huge building in terms of infrastructure. We have a library and a student activity area which is of entire one floor. Thus, we don't have separate corners or field but one building of ours has it all.

For all those who want to gain quality education and enjoy campus life, please come to Mithibai campus once. Not a single student is there, who doesn't have hunger or drive, as our campus life is such that it will always keep one engaged. So, many great people who have passed out from our campus are called upon for motivation and so many other activities are conducted to charge us up. I can list endless things about the college, but it took me some thinking to mention the highlights that I have mentioned so far. Again, for the campus life, I am all smiles as it is impossible to express how great our campus life is.
