SCE Dehradun has Changed the World Around Me

Overall Rating
Shivalik College of Engineering will sound like a good option as an Engineering college but Management Studies are also quite potent here. Coming from a conservative family and studying in an all girls School until HSC, SCE Dehradun has helped me evolve. The biggest part here is education as activities, fun and all are there but not primary.
 

Academics Rating
Most of the Commerce students are the ones who choose BBA. College has taught us adaptability as no matter what the conditions are. Education here always find a way to enter our brains. On days when something goes way over my head or for that matter everybody's head over, we know extra classes for the same can happen on will. This is the level of seriousness that SCE has when it comes to academics.
A total of around Rs. 80,000 what we paid in the first year as it was Rs. 7,000 as a onetime fee for registration.
 

Faculty Rating
If academics are potent, the people behind it are certainly the faculties. They make sure our focus is always on academics. Yes, they propel us to use our vacations for internships or doing things, which we otherwise would never do. Therefore, their help and support has meant the world to me. They have played a big part in why I am praising my college and college life. Foot on the pedestal as soon as they enter the class as that is their commitment.
 

Placement Rating
I actually do not know much about placements as I just finished my first year and have heard good things that students here get places from campus. However, have not experienced about it so will be hard to tell how exactly the placements and all are at SCE Dehradun.
 

Infrastructure Rating
A very beautiful campus but a little far from my place but luckily transportation facilities are provided by college. There is a king sized parking lot as many students come by their own vehicles. Our departmental building is bigger and better than any Engineer department block as ours was built lately and have more facilities then the rest. There is a cafeteria and few gardens to hangout inside the campus.
 

Campus Rating
My character has changed ever since I have joined this college as I was a little introvert but my college life has helped me open up. Now I join communities and societies of the college, as there is no discrimination done. We also were welcomed by our seniors during freshers and off late the annual fest ‘Shiva’ fest was as amazing as for the first time in my life, I have experienced a live jam session.

    The overall review about my college is that in this college the fees is less as compare to other colleges in Dehradun and also my college has NAAC A+ which makes me to choose this college.
