Securing My Future at ABES Ghaziabad

Overall Rating
ABES is a college where you get great learning and exposure of the industry. The faculty is really helpful and experienced in their respective domains. The location and the infrastructure are good. There are a lot of clubs and societies to explore our interests, and the seniors are really helpful and supportive. We got the chance to visit industries and got industrial exposure too.
 

Academics Rating
The course I have chosen is because of my interest in the electrical domain, so I chose Electrical Engineering. The eligibility criteria are 70% required in PCM and a minimum JEE score minimum 75. You can get admission directly or through counseling as well. Our exams are held every 4-5 months. The college helps us to score in exams very well also runs extra classes for us. The teachers also provide notes for our help.
The fee for 1 year is Rs. 1,75,000 and Rs. 10,000 is additionally charged for dress. After admission, we have to pay Rs. 7500 for university, which is not included in fee. You get some discounts by counseling on conditions of if you have a good percentile in JEE, or you have one parent or so on.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty here has experience of 15-16 years in teaching and industry experience of at least 2-8 years, and they have a good command in their respective domains. They use PPTs and GDs while teaching. The problem-solving ability of the faculty is really good. The teacher-student ratio is 30:1. My bonding with teachers is really good too. They help us to improve and are always ready to guide us. The faculty also helps us to make projects and grab internships.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are 4 blocks in our college. The classrooms are air-conditioned and contain projectors, speakers, and good seating capacity. Our college has labs, a library, a seminar hall, an auditorium, a conference hall, two main canteens, and 4 mini stalls. We have one of the biggest grounds and also have a floodlit stadium, a swimming pool, and medical facilities are also available. There is a temple here, which is one of my favourite places.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is really good here, mini events are held frequently in our college, and the greenery of our college attracts everyone. There are lots of clubs in our college, and I am the president of the club, and I am the design lead of another club. Hackathons, Design Competitions, etc. also happen. I would say the college is one of the best, in my opinion. ‘GENRO’ is one of the biggest fest of our college.

    Overall review of ABES Engineering College is good including infrastructure, placement, academic and hostel and campus life. Until now, my experience is very good but they are strict in academics and attendance policies. Wearing uniforms is mandatory.
