My Journey In Uttaranchal University Dehradun

Overall Rating
Uttaranchal University has been a great experience for me. The University provides a good College life, infrastructure, studies, and various aspects of enjoyment like the fests, etc. We have a very good and supportive staff, and a very diverse environment for every kind of student. You can explore your interests here and find your weaknesses to work on them. Exploring this campus will make you enter a new frame of the world.
 

Academics Rating
With the academics, this University is going very well. Apart from that, we can work on our projects. There is a research & innovation department, where you can bring your ideas to reality. Academics depend on the particular student, but here we have a great combination of courses and subjects that bring us to a more advanced world, making it easy for us to go and find jobs that match today's needs.
This University has the most affordable fees for any course. So, student get to study without any barrier.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is very supportive in every aspect. They are ready to do any kind of hard work with every student. They are highly qualified and provide the best quality of education to us. Being a B.Tech student, we can see our faculty working hard with us to push us forward. Every faculty provides high-class knowledge of their subject, whether it is theoretical or practical. Also, they give guidance to students when in need.
 

Placement Rating
Placements for every department are good. Many companies come for placements, and students get placed with good packages. The average package of this year was about 5 LPA to 7 LPA, and the highest was 25 LPA. Many renowned companies like TCS visited us and recruited our students.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel facility is very good. Every facility is provided to us in the hostel rooms, which are cleaned every day. Mess food is also okay. Hygiene is kept. The hostel has single-bed rooms, fees for which are about Rs. 1,25,000/- annually, and then we have 2 sharing rooms with fees of Rs. 1,03,000/- annually. 3 sharing rooms cost Rs. 98,000/- annually, and 4 sharing rooms are for Rs. 93,000/- annually. Hostels are highly secured, and we get an outing on weekends. For me, hostel is the best.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The Uttaranchal University has the one of the biggest campuses in Dehradun. According to me, we have the best infrastructure among all with good vibes, greenery, and an open environment. It has a very large library, computer labs, and separate buildings for every department. We have a medical facility, an ambulance for 24 hours, cafes, shops for everyday needs, and food courts. Most of us love spending time in cafes, as they are very eye-catching and have the best food.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life so far, is very good. We get every type of liability on campus. Every facility is provided to us with good people around, and the campus is ragging-free. No ragging is done under the anti-ragging rule, and if done, you can complain about it, and help will be provided to you. We have little crowd here. We have many clubs like the Cultural Club, Literary Club, Vedic Club, E-Sports Club, etc. and I am a part of the E-Sports Club. A fest is organised annually, and many more events are held regularly.

    My seniors suggested me to take admission in this University. I am having a very good time in this University. Various facilities are available here for the students. The bouncers are also appointed avoid any kind of fight inside the campus. The NCC unit is also available which students can join. Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory at UU Dehradun....     My University is good. The faculty and the professors are highly educated and teach us good things. I like my University as it is one of the best Universities in Dehradun. The environment here is so good and I found many people from different states and country. The University organise various fests and events for the students.     My overall experience here is neither very good nor very bad, it is moderate. The infrastructure here is quite good and students get decent exposure. The environment is also very peaceful and good here. Uttaranchal University Dehradun also offers ACCA course along with Bachelor of Business Administration, this is one fact that makes it better than other Institutions and why I chose it....
