My View of LPU Jalandhar

Overall Rating
LPU Jalandhar is honestly a mixed bag. The campus is beautiful and feels so much alive which makes daily life enjoyable. The overall curriculum is too good they also promote coding from the first semester. If you are focused and know how to use the resources well. You will have a decent experience here.
 

Academics Rating
Academics at this University are amazing according to the other private Universities. There is lots of specialization available in this University. For admission in this University students must have scored at least 60% in their 12th boards. Students can also take admission in this University through JEE Main or CUET. Exams are also held on medium level that is OMR based which are helpful for students.
LPU Jalandhar offers a large amount of scholarships to their students according to their scores in LPUNEST / CUET / JEE Main. They also provide EWS scholarship for general category students.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of my department have good knowledge in their respective filed. Most of the teachers have done Ph.D. If students face any problem from the faculty members then they can discuss it to their mentors that are provided by the University itself. The students can also complain about them online through RMS.
 

Placement Rating
The University offers a wide range of placements and internship opportunities. Some of my seniors are got placed in product based companies like Amazon.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the University provides hostel facilities to the students. The hostels are good and they also provide free hospital facility to the students. The lift is also there in the hostel and the rooms attached washrooms with geyser. Water cooler is also there and hygiene level is average.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is spread over 600 acres. The campus is huge with large buildings. There are many parks and food stalls inside the campus. The University has a central library in which various types of books are available and a huge auditorium. The discussion rooms are also available for the students to study. My favorite place is Robot park and food court.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is too good at this University. The campus crowd is also vast almost one thousand students has came in 2025 batch. There are many clubs in my University such as dance, drama, and many more. Joining these clubs is so fun. The University conducts several fests like coke studio and cultural fests. They also organise many campus level hackathons and events on daily basis.

    To be honest this college was not my first choice I attempted IPMAT exam for admission in IIM Indore but couldn't crack it. So I went through lot of websites on internet and came across LPU. They were providing this course under 15 lakhs whereas other colleges like Nirma had fees up to 30 lakhs. When I came to University I was amazed to see it's beautiful campus, large and surrounded by gardens and trees. People from all over India are there in LPU and there is no ragging.     I did a very deep research and chose LPU Jalandhar. I think it’s one of the best private Universities that a student can get with such great and highly skilled faculty.     My experience with Lovely professional University has been fascinating. I am enrolled in an Animation course. I went for this university after a lot of research and consideration.
