Overall Good Experience at KPMSOL Mumbai

Overall Rating
KPMSOL Mumbai is overall good. The infrastructure and location of the College are also very good. It is in Vile Parle area. The best part is the education that the College provides to us. The students are very competitive. If you are looking for a Law School with exposure to the city, corporate world, & competitive environment. You can definitely go for this College.
 

Academics Rating
I have chosen BBA.LL.B and the curriculum of this course is very good. We have advanced syllabus. We have healthy competition which is important for you. The academics are not easy but it prepares you for challenges in the future. The admission process of the College is also easy. You have to appear for the exams and you get selected for the course. Exams are frequently conducted as we have midsem, endsem, and quiz per semester. For getting in this College, you need to clear NLAT or CLAT rank is considered as well. If you are looking for a College that will develop your personality, you can go for this College.
The fee structure is also similar to other Law Colleges. It is not on a very higher side compared to other private Colleges. The fee per year is around Rs. 2,50,000/-. The fee includes admission, registration, and tuition fees.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are good. Faculties are NET qualified and most of them have done LL.M. If we have any issues related to the faculty members, then we can also raise a complaint against them. For every subject we have 2 to 3 faculties to teach in different sections. The faculty is very friendly and are always available for help whenever you need them, be it for classes, interviews, or research papers. The teachers explain everything in a very simple manner. They teach using smart boards and they also share the PPTs which really helps us in our exams.
 

Placement Rating
KPMSOL Mumbai has its own placement cell which comprises of faculty members and students of every year in the 5 years course. The cell helps students to get internship opportunities at top tier Law firms and also Paralegal ships. The placement cell also has activities like mock interviews which help them to secure a good job.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostels are secure and safe. The hostel rules are relaxed and understanding. The girls & boys have separate hostels and the food quality & hygiene is very good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of the College is very good. The classrooms have centralised ACs. We have canteen that is very hygienic and also have meeting rooms & different cells. The seating in the classes is very good. The classes have good lighting, smart boards, attached benches and chairs. Overall, the infrastructure is fully modernised. We have admin room, health room, library, etc.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is good. Everyone is very helpful and cooperative. There are different cells like Meraki, sports, moot, etc. for different activities. There are different events organised by the cells. We have celebration, and some events have dress codes at different occasions and festivals.

    The Kirit P. Mehta School of Law Mumbai of SVKM's NMIMS (Deemed-to-be-University) is one of the prestigious educational Institutions providing education in the field of Law.     Overall Rating
    NMIMS is an esteemed institution which led me to choose this college. The Mumbai campus is supposed to be one of the best law schools in the country but honestly the infrastructure is very average. We have recently been moved to the old Mukesh Patel building and everything is still under construction. Apart from this the teachers are well qualified and well educated and they communicate the syllabus thoroughly and accurately.
