My Personal Opinion on RRU Ahmedabad

Overall Rating
One thing that I really liked about RRU Ahmedabad is that it gives more importance to physical fitness more than anything. This is a world class University and genuinely it is one of the best Universities in India. Not many talks about legalities or formalities to be done for taking international security measures and I am studying exactly the same. So, overall this University provides escape from the regular course which is very common.
 

Academics Rating
The motive behind choosing this course was that I have interest International Legal Security Studies. It has made me anxious and for days I couldn't think of any other course except for mine. The academic hours are from 8 AM to 2:30 PM. We also have lunch break in between.
The fee of my course is Rs. 84,000/- per year. The scholarship is also provided by the University.
 

Faculty Rating
Most faculties are from armed forces or political backgrounds. They have the real world experience and they help us in every way possible. They make sure the students are physical fit. They make the exam papers tough so that we prepare hard for the exams and study well. Overall, the faculty members of RRU Ahmedabad are good.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the University has placement cell. The placements are good. The Government & private department too have started participating.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the University provides separate hostel facilities. Boys hostels are good and girls hostels are even better. The mess food is good and the hostel provides various facilities to the students such common room, TV, Table Tennis, etc. The hostel fee is Rs. 1,00,000/- per year which can be paid in two parts.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of RRU Ahmedabad is unique as there are many fountains. Some of the buildings are well built. The solar energy is used in our campus so there 24/7 availability of electricity. The campus has Wi-Fi facilities, sports facilities, etc. There are two huge auditoriums in our University.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life till now is good. Every second week, the DJ party and some events are organised by the students. Our annual fest Navya is also organised by the students only. Drone training too has started at our campus now and for those who want to learn can enroll. I haven't joined yet but planning to join the same as our campus does see a lot of drones flying around our campus. Many guest faculties are invited to teach complex characteristics.

    A university about which I never heard of until I entered my class 12th and all of a sudden, I made it a point that I would study only at RRU. Finally, I relaxed the day i entered the college and lived for few days there.   • RRU Ahmedabad: Top Choice for Aspiring Law Students

    Blessing in disguise, as I missed on NLUs & NFSU and this was indeed my third choice. I am from Rajasthan, We consider Gujarat as our sister state and therefore, as soon as I got admission here, my family happily agreed. Thanks to them for doing so, as our college teach us using survival of the fittest method. There are many courses to choose from. However, it is still better than most of the private universities....     RRU Ahmedabad presents us opportunities to work in elite public sector. Cyber threats have increased past Covid and therefore I chose this course as firstly not many Universities offer this course and secondly even if few Universities have this course, they are not as reputable as RRU....     I chose Rashtriya Raksha University over other Universitys due to the course it provides which is B.Tech CSE with specialization in Cyber Security. This course is focused on topics like Cryptography, Network Security and Ethical Hacking which is highly demanding in today's digital world.     Rashtriya Raksha University offers many specializations in B.Tech CSE. I have chosen Cyber Security. The college itself is related to security so it provides a better exposure of Cyber Security.
