Infrastructure and Academic Insights of RRU Ahmedabad

Overall Rating
RRU Ahmedabad has quite a few rules and regulations and yet it does not make one feel vulnerable. The overall development I had at this University is remarkable. There is a balanced focus provided to both academic and non-academic pursuits of the students. The academics not only focus on the history of the development but ensure to impart students with knowledge about the recent happening across the globe.
 

Academics Rating
The course I choose is BBA. One thing I love about the University is the importance that is given to the general awareness among students. Therefore, each historical event that occurs is discussed in the classrooms and is taught in association with our curriculum. For example, how the war impacts the economies? The academics here are not just restricted to classrooms but also ample practical exposure is provided.
The fee of my course on an average is close to Rs. 90,000/-. Last year, I paid approximately Rs. 84,000/-. It has increased a bit in comparison to the first year fees.
 

Faculty Rating
There are many faculty members with strong educational background coming from renowned educational Institutions. Each of them is very influential and has knowledge on a wide range of topics including current affairs. Students are elated to study with such amazing faculty members. Moreover, most of the students have a great bonding with their faculty members.
 

Placement Rating
From Tata to Adani group, a lot of corporate houses in India have hired students from this University at a decent package of 5 LPA to 6 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
In my opinion, the girls’ hostels are better than the boys’ hostels. Additionally, the mess is managed by a common caterer and the food served to the student is good. The hostels have facilities like gymnasium, study area and common area as well.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure of RRU Ahmedabad has had a lot of attention due to its beautiful and commendable design. There are remarkable academic buildings and sports facilities which cater to various needs of students. There are 4+ on-campus cafeterias in our University. Sniffer dogs and watch guards are there 24/7 to ensure the safety of the students at the campus of the University.
 

Campus Rating
I had a great campus life at this University. The student crowd is great and comes from various parts across the city. The life here is very vibrant due to the numerous events taking place every now and then. Innumerable activities take place which contribute to learning in some or the other way. These activities offer ample exposure to students. I have learnt to embrace the depth of the campus life here amid all the strictness.

    Blessing in disguise, as I missed on NLUs & NFSU and this was indeed my third choice. I am from Rajasthan, We consider Gujarat as our sister state and therefore, as soon as I got admission here, my family happily agreed.     RRU Ahmedabad presents us opportunities to work in elite public sector. Cyber threats have increased past Covid and therefore I chose this course as firstly not many Universities offer this course and secondly even if few Universities have this course, they are not as reputable as RRU....     I chose Rashtriya Raksha University over other Universitys due to the course it provides which is B.Tech CSE with specialization in Cyber Security.
