At Miranda House, annual fee of BBA is around Rs. 17,000/-

I am a student at Miranda House College New Delhi, a girl’s College. Getting admission here has changed my life in every possible aspect. I always wanted to study here and getting admission here felt like a dream come true. The College is amazing. The faculty, societies, infrastructure, and placement everything is good. It’s a safe place where women empower each other and lift each other. The overall environment of Miranda is safe and peaceful.

If I talk about academics at the College, then it offers a variety of courses from B.A to B.Sc and many other multidisciplinary courses. I choose B.A (H) in Economics since the faculty here is amazing. If you want to pursue my course here, you need to appear for CUET and score better than at least 95% of students if you are a general category student. To study my course, you have to complete 10+2 with Maths being one of your subjects. My course here has shaped me to learn things in more analytical and comprehensive way. You can even connect with teachers and write research papers here; the faculty will guide and help you in every possible way.

The fee structure is also much affordable. Yearly fee of my course is around Rs. 17,000/-. You will also get scholarship opportunities here if you are from an economically weak background.

The faculty of our department is really good. The professors have deep knowledge and understanding of their respective subjects. They are also very friendly each time I approach them for doubts. Teachers conduct frequent group discussions which helps students to understand things from different perspectives. We have research programs here in which the teachers help us a lot.

Talking about the Placements of the College, the average package of 2024 to 2025 was around 9 LPA, and the highest package was around 24 LPA which indicates that students are provided with good placements here. Different companies from Barclays to KPMG visit every year and offer good packages. The Placement Cell also provides great internship opportunities.

The College offers hostel facility to its students. I am not in hostel but I have heard from my friends living in hostel that it’s good. The food is okay but security is good. The fee is around Rs. 35,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- per annum which is to be paid on a semester basis.

The infrastructure of Miranda House College New Delhi is top notch. I remember the how mesmerized I was by the structure and the cleanliness of the campus. The library is amazing and offers you a range of books that help you increase your knowledge base and also increases the urge of reading. The computer labs are air-conditioned with proper working computers. The Basketball court is my favorite place to be honest. The auditorium is huge and air-conditioned. The overall infrastructure is amazing.

My College life is has been great so far. I met some amazing people here who are always cheering for each other. I also get to experience a lot through societies which taught me, how to network with people and make good connections. The annual fest here is known as ‘Tempest’, which is so good and takes you to a whole new and different aspect of the College life here. I love studying at this College.
