I got admission in the MNIT Jaipur in 2018 after my counselling process and after my admission I feel that I got a very premium institute of the country and I literally amazed by my result in the GATE exam which is by I was able to take admission in this institute. Campus is really huge and sometimes I also lost in the campus and took help of the GPS. If I talk about the positives of the MNIT then I can say that the College Life, placements, and Less restrictions are the better things in the university and talking about the negatives of the MNIT then I would say that the management hear in the institute is not good and they do not support in need and one another things that did not like about the campus is that we do not have good connection between seniors and juniors. I choose this institute because it is premium institute in India with many good alumni.

I did Master of Technology in Manufacturing Engineering from MNIT Jaipur and the course duration was of 2 year which was further divided in four semesters. I can say that there was a lot of academic load in the course curriculum because along with the regular classes we also had to work on the project which has its own marks. Everyone who did graduation in mechanical engineering is eligible for the course and they also had to appear for the GATE exam and if someone got good rank in the exam then only they are eligible for the counselling process and in this process we had to select the MNIT Jaipur and after this we need to visit the campus for the interview and then our entry in the institute get confirmation. My motive to do this course was that I wanted to study more in the mechanical engineering. Semester exams are very hard to qualify we need to study on the daily basis to get good marks in the exams.

Teachers are average here they are here just for our guidance because we have to study all the subject ourselves we just visit the cabin of the faculty member if we sometimes did not able to understand the topics. Amount of the knowledge that the professor has is out of the world because their background of the education support them and some of the faculty members in the university had done their research work from very good university of the world like one of my teacher did his PhD from the Princeton University and then he decided to teach the students. Teachers had good experience in teaching and they are teaching since 10+ years in the MNIT Jaipur. While studying in the M. Tech we also teach the B. Tech students and we also solve their doubt that they have in their subjects. Overall the teachers are good in here.

Training & Placement cell in the MNIT is very famous and old and they do really good work for the institute and for the students. There are more than 5000 students in the institute they intend to provide placement to each and every students and they even conduct placement related classes for the students and in third year we had option to do the training classes for the placement but I did not opt for these classes because I wanted to continue my studies after my post graduation and my plan is to pursue PhD from this college. But many good companies visit the campus like Optum, Capgemini, Samsung R&D, Larson and Turbo, AMD, Synopsis, Pentair, Mando, and SMS Group and JSW these are some of the companies that visit the campus and the highest package in my batch was of 55 LPA and minimum package was of 6 LPA and the average package was of 12-15 LPA. Overall placement statics were good for the institute.

The process of getting hostel is online first we have to apply on the ERP portal for the hostel then we get the information of the availability of the rooms that are vacant after the locking the seat we require to make payment which can done through offline mode in the account office where we have to submit the whole fee at once we need to give a total of around Rs. 60,000 per annum and an additional Rs. 10,000 as security fee which is refundable at the time of leaving of hostel. We are not allowed to stay outside the college hostel so the PG availability does not matter for us. Food in the mess is also good and it is better than my graduation and the reason for that is that the menu of the food items is prepared by the students itself so there is no need to blame anyone for the quality of the food. Since every student is hosteller hence we get many facilities like sports facilities and campus facilities like dispensary.

Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur is one of the top universities all over India and it had very beautiful and stretched campus which is very iconic and it is built in the area of 300 acres. This institute is older than 50 year which makes the alumni structure very strong and the alumni of the MNIT Jaipur are working in almost every MNC in the world. There is huge book center in the institute in which there are more than 1.30 Lakh books and one building is dedicated to the library. Campus has good medical facilities in which we have a physician and one visiting doctor male and also a visiting female doctor for the female candidates in the institute. Classrooms are good and classic and we can feel the silence in the classrooms and there are many banks in the institute for the financial purposes. There are many grounds in the MNIT and there are some indoor sports facilities are also available in the campus area.

Life in the MNIT is good because of its environment which is very positive but is also filled with the lot of academic pressure at least for me. The social life in the college is also very good and it is very innovative also and there are many places in the campus area where we can spend time with our friend and we can discuss about the work load and other stuff also. There are many clubs in the institute and few of them are SAE MNIT, Dance Club, Photography Talent Club, Singer's Corner, Unicorn Zone and the Fashion Society. One cultural fest organized every year naming BLITZSCHLAG which is a two day fest one day is for the student performances and other day is for the celebrity night. My life at MNIT was great and I really learned a lot in here form many good peoples who work here.
